The day trip to Plitvice Lakes National Park was amazing. The water is the clearest I've seen, the landscape was beautiful, and it wasn't difficult to get around. Our tour guide Lovro was very informative, funny, and helpful in keeping us stay together with WhatsApp. I definitely reccomend this trour.

We just spent 3 amazing days in Split, Croatia, and 2 of those unforgettable days were spent with our incredible guide, Lovro. Although you can also call him Lawrence or even Larry!
From the moment we met him, his warmth, humor, and knowledge made our experience exceptional. His English is fantastic, and his understanding of the history, culture, and beauty of Croatia added so much to every moment of our tours. Most importantly, his sense of humor is unmatched. He had us laughing throughout every adventure.
Our first tour with Lovro was to Plitvice Lakes National Park, and it completely exceeded expectations. We have seen waterfalls all over the world, and Plitvice ranks among the most breathtaking we’ve ever experienced. Lovro guided us through the park with such care and attention, making the entire journey seamless and enjoyable.
Because of the weather, we were unable to visit the islands, but we loved the Plitvice experience so much that we booked another tour the very next day to Krka National Park, and were thrilled to have Lovro as our trusted guide again. Krka felt like an enchanted garden, surrounded by rushing waterfalls and stunning natural beauty. Once again, Lovro made the experience unforgettable with his stories, humor, and genuine kindness.

What a SENSATIONAL DAY!!! The park has to be seen to be believed. It as ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. The smell of the pines, the sound of the water and the many falls, and the birds.
So AMAZING at how it is forever changing and growing.
It is a LIVING thing. No wonder it is UNESCO listed and Protected!!! The tour was Amazing with Lovro as our guide From the minute we stepped on the bus, till we departed the bus, he was fun, professional, informative, knowledgeable, and simply a font of information and facts about not only the Park, but also the history of his Country. SO PASSIONATE!! Highly Recommend!!

Croatia is a beautiful country that should be in your bucket list. We felt very safe at the old town despite the incredible amount of people. It is certainly not a secret country anymore. The country is very clean despite its medieval times and invasions from so many countries. Way to go Croatia!!!

A few hours’ drive from Split, the lakes are a must see. Enjoy a guided tour and learn about the park and its history. My guide, Lovro, was excellent. Full of knowledge but also charisma. Was helpful, funny and entertaining. Highly recommend!

It was one of the best tours we've ever been on. The waterfalls were spectacular. The beautiful pathways and trails were easy to navigate over the 8km hike. Our guide Louvro made the trip even more special. He had great information about the park and the history of Croatia. His jokes were "funny"!! We loved everything about our day in the park. The bus ride is 3 hours each way but you get to see so much of Croatia and you appreciate what a unique country it is.

The National Park is amazing. There are waterfalls everywhere! Sanya, our guide, was interesting and friendly. She was an excellent communicator. Persons considering this tour should know that there is quite a bit of walking on rough hewn boards so there is alot of concentration needed, especially if you are older or don’t have good balance. I am in my late 60’s and was quite proud I made it.

We had been recommended to visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park while in Croatia in September and we were very happy with this fabulous full day tour with our wonderful guide Sanja and confident and safe driver, Marko. Sanja is a perfect and professional guide - she kept us informed with history, geography and cultural facts and anecdotes in an interesting and humorous way. She also kept track of everyone while also providing some flexibility to those who were faster or slower in pace. Our tour route began with the upper lakes and ended with lower lakes with a hill at the end.The tour is unforgettable with stunning waterfalls, whitewater streams and turquoise lakes giving great photo opportunities. It requires reasonable fitness for the approx. three hour tour along paths and boardwalks and up and down steps. The tour bus stops on the way there and back at a service station with bathrooms and a cafe with eat-in or take-away food as well as a shop. The tour is very well managed by the Booker Agency at Split where the tour starts.

The park is pretty although probably best on a sunny day to get the colours. The tour was really rushed and I didn't feel that I had enough time to take photos. I felt stressed about losing the guide especially when we passed or got mixed up with other groups. The tour is very rushed if you do it as a day trip from Split. If you can I would recommend staying at the park and have time for a leisurely day to enjoy it. It wasn't crowded as the tour operator had suggested and they tried to bump me to another day which didn't fit with my travel plans. The boat trip was relaxing. The guide had ensured that we mostly walked downhill for the trip which was much better than going uphill. Overall the guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the park. The driver was good and I felt safe in the minivan. The group size was about 15 people which was a good size. The company did advise me re appropriate clothing and to bring and a packed lunch as you don't have time at the lunch stop to buy food there. Overall I have mixed feelings about this trip and probably wouldn't do it again.

Wonderful tour and our guide, Sanja, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, funny, and caring. I was probably the most mobility impaired and she always checked on me to make sure I was OK. The walk was almost 6 miles with some ups and downs but this 76 year old with 2 replaced knees made it.
The whole area was beautiful.
I highly recommend!

We had Tanya for our guide - she was absolutely phenomenal! Fabulous sense of humor, and demonstrated very deep knowledge of history surrounding Split - Tanya made sure all travelers in the group knew exactly where they should be and at what time to be there - The waterfalls themselves were just breathtaking- it’s a once of a lifetime experience- yes, it’s a 6 mile loop, but never too strenuous- it was the highlight of our Croatian vacation! The Park is beautiful but terrible experience overall. The tour company should’ve canceled the tour due to weather and refunded or given an option to rebook another day. Torrential rains, flooding, and everyone was completely drenched head to toe all day in the cold.
