Enzo and his staff made this experience wonderful!! He was engaging, funny and made the time we were there enjoyable. I would definitely recommend booking this class. We learned how to make dough to make pizza and breads and how it can be used many different ways by adding different ingredients. Then we made ravioli from scratch and homemade tiramisu. All made from Enzo‘s place using his fresh and homegrown ingredients. It also included homemade red and white wine and limoncello. Then we all sat down and ate the delicious meal we made while overlooking an absolutely SPECTACULAR view.

True authentic Italian villa with the most gorgeous views! This is a very basic cooking class with about 25-30 people. My only complaint is that the prearranged transportation to the villa was uncertain as to whether we were going to the correct place. No one seemed to know any details.
Enzo and his family were great hosts! You could tell that he was very passionate about Italian food and cooking (plus he had a lot of patience for those who aren’t so experienced 🤣). All ingredients he used were grown on his own land, plus he made his own wine for us to drink throughout the experience. Also, the views from this place are absolutely incredible. Would recommend to anyone.

Enzo’s pizza and pasta cooking class was such a fun and memorable experience. The setting alone was incredible — a beautiful historic home overlooking the sea — and it made the entire evening feel very special.
Enzo was entertaining, engaging, and did an amazing job making sure everyone felt included. Our class had around 20 people, which could easily have felt too large, but somehow it never did. He made a point to interact with everyone, involve everyone in the experience, and keep the energy fun throughout the entire class. No one felt left out.
Of course, the group you are sharing the experience with always makes a difference, and we happened to have a fantastic group. We laughed, cooked, drank wine, and had an absolute blast together.
The food was delicious, the wine was great, and the whole experience felt relaxed, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. It was so much more than simply learning how to make pizza and pasta — it felt like a true Italian evening in a beautiful home with great food, wine, and company.
Definitely one of our favorite experiences of the entire trip, and I would highly recommend it!

Wow! This was one of the highlights of our trip! The Chef welcomed us into his home, which had so much history and was located at the top of Sorrento overlooking Mount Vesuvius, just perfect! We started with pizza and ended with tiramisu and a little limoncello. The Chef was not only an amazing host, but made us feel like family. Can’t wait to revisit with my children.!!

The food was great and the views were incredible… like breathtaking!! Just unbelievable. We met so many other kind couples & the class was great. There were 20 people total in our group and we took the bus to Enzo’s (the chef’s) house. He had fresh wine that he made from his own garden and was a great teacher. The tomato sauce was our favorite- the best in all Sorrento! We made pizza, ravioli, tiramisu and he gave us homemade limoncello. Yum!

Fabulous experience with Enzo and his wife in their amazing home. Food, wine and company were so fun and a definite must do while you are in Sorrento.
We had the most incredible evening doing this cooking experience. We made yummy pizza, ricotta ravioli and limoncello tiramisu. Cannot recommend this enough, our ground 7 had the best evening
Chef was fantastic in showing us how to make pizza dough and ravioli. We got to eat out ravioli but the pizza dough needed a few days to rise. But the dinner was great!
Enzo was patient and really made it feel like we were at his family Italian dinner. The view was also spectacular, I don’t know that we got another better view for the remainder of our travels
What a magnificent setting...high in the mountains overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Our host was charming and taught us how to make pizza and Ravioli and then we ate it. Wonderful experience!!!
Best tour ever! Little confusing with bus pickup and drop off but the location and class was amazing!!! Made it look easy!

My husband and I absolutely loved this experience! We had so much fun creating our own dinner, learning helpful tips and tricks in the kitchen, and, of course, enjoying some of the most delicious and authentic pizza and pasta we had throughout our entire trip.
Enzo and his wife were fantastic hosts and made the evening feel so welcoming and special. We were also lucky to be part of a wonderful group, which made the experience even more memorable.
We would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and delicious taste of Italy!

My husband and my family of 9 had a great time at this pasta and pizza making experience . Vincenzo , his wife and another young lady were incredible hosts . Vincenzo was entertaining and engaging . We made delicious ravioli’s and the most delicious pizza I have tasted on the terrace of Vincenzo’s home high up on the cliffs , overlooking the bay of Naples . We also sipped on his home made red and white wine . For dessert , as the sun began to set , we made limoncello tiramisu while sipping on Vincenzo’s homemade limoncello . Truly an exceptional fun experience .

It was a fun time! It was fun experience, we made food and enjoyed the views. I think it was a great time.
I’d like to start off by saying that Enzo’s house was beautiful and the food tasted fantastic - HOWEVER, there was some very misleading information.
1) The class states there is a max of 15-18 people and there were 27 people in our class
2) The site fails to state we require a 20-30 minute ride to Enzo’s home, this cuts almost an hour off the class on windy roads
3) The assistants were great but did not speak much english. It would have been fine if Enzo taught us everything but there were way too many people for the class causing us to feel crammed and unable to fully learn how to prepare the meals. We expected a more intimate learning experience but instead were greeted with the assistants taking over and mixing the dough themselves with little verbal communication.
4) The food portions were decent but left us hungry still by the end.. which shouldn’t happen after a $150 cooking class.
Overall Enzo was great but there are some critics that should be taken to heart. I understand he is running a business but sometimes you must sacrifice the quantity of participants if you want the quality of the class to be high and memorable for everyone.
Wonderful experience and learned a lot from Enzo. He is such a kind person with decades of experience in the industry. I enjoyed how I actually learned about the science of cooking— why we need certain ingredients to make the dishes and how altering the technique can completely change the dish. The food was absolutely delicious, but everyone at the table was left hungry and felt like they didn’t get to eat enough. I think given the amount we paid, it would’ve been nice to get more food (we’re also Americans so we naturally have bigger appetites).
My only other thing is that we were promised the recipes and I had reached out to get them but it still been a week and a half and I have not heard back. We were told not to worry about noting the recipes, so I was really hoping that I’d receive them as promised.
So much fun!!! The recipes/instructions were easy to follow and we left with new techniques we can’t wait to try at home! We got to eat all the yumminess we made after and it was by far the best pizza (amongst other things we made) that we had while in Italy! Definitely recommend for anyone visiting!
The food was amazing! The knowledge provided was awesome! Our chef was a kind and funny guy it was a great experience! Chef made our group homemade wine to welcome us which was a sweet touch! Wish we could dine in his kitchen daily.
Enzo and staff was amazing and wonderful hostess. Took away so many tips to try on our own. The pizza and pasta were the best we had on our trip from a creditable chef.
An amazing experience, we enjoyed very much our cooking classes, lots of fun, practical tips from Enzo, so tasty food with all fresh ingredients.
We met bunch of very friendly people who shared that lovely experience with us.
