Jahongir Tours did a good job setting up my transfer from Samarkand to Tashkent. The car was a new Chevrolet SUV with good air conditioning so the ride was comfortable. Everything went according to schedule.

Good ride with a restriction

Overall, we are satisfied with the journey from Samarkand to Tashkent. Although we had provided all the necessary information in advance, there was still some back and forth via WhatsApp a few hours before departure, where the same was queried. Anyway, it started on time, the car was okay, our two suitcases just went into the trunk. Communication with the friendly driver was not possible due to a lack of language skills on both sides, but you can still communicate about basics. The driver drove very (!) quickly but safely. But what really bothered us was that he read and wrote messages on his mobile phone on the side while driving (even at 140 speed). This is unacceptable in our view.
