Gorgeous beach with easy access from the port

It was amazing. The driver was very friendly. He picked me up on time. The beach was a very short drive and it was absolutely gorgeous.

Scam don't do the upgraded beach!

It is a scam! Takes you to a beach that costs 23.00 for a seat on the beach! No restraunts bc for hotel guests only, snack bar closed! No where to eat or drink spent 1 hour had to return need some water and lunch. It is only a taxi!

We are sorry our product didn’t meet your expectations, however we feel your review is not being fair for our small business. We feel you got confused at the booking moment, you wanted a tour but we don’t sell tours for $25. We definitely feel We fulfilled our product description and for all our features customers please read our description. Our product name is Cruise Passengers beach express and our description is pick up at the port, take you to the beach (free entrance) pick you up at the beach later and bring you to the port on time. When we met early in the morning you mentioned you thought it was a tour because you read some reviews that said something about it, but our product description, I feel is very clear. Then we noticed our service wasn’t what you expected and offered you the option of entering through a resort which give you access to beach chairs, shade, showers, restrooms , wifi and pool and told you, you could walk around the beach for more options of food etc. one hour later you called us that wanted to go back because the restaurant wasn’t open yet and you needed a coke and you wouldn’t walk by the beach. So for this reason we feel you didn’t understand our product description, and left our small business an unfair review. Our promise from now on will be to try to improve our product description so it can be easier to understand, that is just round trip to the beach not a tour.

Maikol was very responsive before our arrival with any questions we had. He was on time for arrival and departure, was an alert, safe driver getting us to West Bay Beach safely. A very kind man that I would recommend without hesitation if visiting Roatan.
