Our guide Alex and our driver Wilson were very informative and good with teenagers and adults. Overall we had a fun day and they went above and beyond to get us through a jammed packed tour despite the very heavy holiday traffic and crowds. They were as cheery at the end of the long day as at the beginning. Definitely recommend if you only have a short time in Rio and want to see the major sites.

Alejandro was the most AMAZING tour guide! We are a family of 4 adults and 1 child (6 years old)! The tour was so very inclusive! We saw the city, the beaches, the outskirts, and his history lessons taught us so much about the city’s history and culture that we were unaware of! Loved it, loved it, loved it!

Most memorable was Christ the redeemer and sugarloaf; most everybody coming to Rio wants to check these out. But this tour offer more than this, it will cover everything you need to know about Rio from history, geography to hot spots in a safe relaxed environment.

An amazing tour. A lot of sites are accomplished in one day, however we were never rushed. Tavi, our guide was very communicative and easy to work with. You skip most lines. We learned a lot and very much enjoyed our day. Highly recommend!

Our guide Tavi was exceptional! He spoke English very well and there was no communication lost. We were fortunate to have his expert knowledge of the different Rio communities. He took the time to listen and answer to all of our questions no matter how trivial. He also explained the meanings and cultural implications of each and everything we explored as well as things we would pass by during our driving time from one stop to the next. Listening to his local point of view regrading the Favelas was one of our favorite parts of the trip. No, Favelas were not part of this experience, but Tavi was patient and accommodating anyway. Our driver, Chandon, was also great at navigating through the heavy influx of the “very busy tour season” traffic. The views from Sugarloaf and Christ the Redeemer are something that is only understood by experiencing them in person. Pictures do not explain the grandeur of their beauty. We stood in AWE at these two places and just took it all in. AMAZING!!!
