    The event took place 2-3 miles off shore with transport to the main boat for the excursion by small boat. Seas were choppy and became increasingly unsafe with larger and larger waves as the event occurred. Return to the small boat at the end was terminated after three people moved into it because of the waves and the tour boat went in closer to shore. The literature never explained the process of taking a small boat to a larger one well off shore. If it had we would never and signed up. One couple was 76 and 75 years old. Moving from boat to boat was hazardous and unexpected even though they managed to get through it. This was not enjoyable. I previously had parasailed in Cancun. We got on the boat at the water's edge of the beach and the event occurred with 1/2 mile of shore allowing the participants to see areas of the city. If this case all you saw was water.
