We had David as our tour guide, he was so so so good! He is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic the entire tour. You could see how much he loved not only F1 but the Grand Prix as well. He interacted with everyone, asking where they were from (in multiple languages), and just getting to the know the group as individuals. He is truly a pleasure and we would take another tour from him in a heart beat! Such a cool experience, even as people who are not the biggest F1 fans. Cannot recommend this tour or David enough!!!

After a disappointing excursion from our ship in Monaco, David’s Formula 1 track tour completely turned our day around and became one of the highlights of our entire trip.
David was outstanding! Unlike our ship excursion where the guide was too far ahead, had poor audio and spent long periods talking about unrelated topics, David kept us engaged from start to finish. He shared fascinating historical facts about Monaco while explaining every inch of the Formula 1 track with genuine excitement and enthusiasm. His voice carried clearly and he frequently checked to make sure all could hear. His passion for Formula 1 made the entire experience come alive. Amazing tour! Highly recommend for anyone who is an F1 fan. David was super knowledgeable about all things in regards to the track’s history as well as fun facts about Monaco itself. He’s super passionate about F1 and even I learned new things that I didn’t know before as a huge fan. Everyone should take this tour while in Monaco.

This is a fantastic tour! If you're not into Formula one, you will be by the end. Make sure David is your guide, he is amazing beyond words! Also, if possible, schedule your tour during Monaco's F1 season when all is set up.

I am a fairly new fan of F1 and knew I wanted to walk the circuit when I visited Monte Carlo. I could not recommend this tour and David enough! He was so awesome and knowledgeable about everything Monte Carlo. He’s just an awesome guy! We had such a wonderful experience.

David is passionate, engaging and a great story teller. I knew nothing about Formula 1 going into the tour, and now I might actually watch the Monaco Grand Prix this year. My 12 year old son also said it was one of his favorite things we did on our trip.

Fantastic! Booked for mid April & with the F1 race scheduled for early June, we had no idea that the city would already be largely setup for the race with full barricades! Could feel what race day would be like. Tour guide was amazing with all the stories & knowledge of F1 race history. A highlight of our French Riviera vacation!

I came into this without a lot of knowledge for Formula 1 despite my love for automotive culture generally. I came away with enthusiasm to learn more. The tour was timed well. Monaco was setting up for a Grand Prix of historic cars which elevated the undersold “walkabout” tour of the course. Snapping photos of classic Bugattis and Ferraris being unloaded from trucks was incredible. The circuit is incredible. And our tour guide Tom was so passionate, knowledgeable and energetic through the entire experience. Worth every penny (eh, euro)!
My only critique: The Viator description of what’s included in the tour mentioned a copy of Inside Track magazine but no one in my group received it. Also, the “official 2025 t-shirt” I paid extra for felt like an after-thought and I’m unclear if a white shirt with normal screen printed graphics was worth the extra money spent. It would have been nice to get a preview of the shirt but, again, the entire experience altogether was so worth it and something I’ll never forget.

Had the BEST time. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaged with everyone. Hint: if you run late (like we did) call them and let them know. Tom met us at the meeting point and escorted us to the group. Highly recommend to every racing fan!

One of the best walking tours we’ve ever done . We went with our 10 year old son and David’s commentary and stories were engaging whether you are an F1 obsessive or just interested in the wider history of the Principality. Highly recommended !

The tour was absolutely amazing and a real highlight of our time in Monte Carlo. It lasted around three hours and was the perfect mix of sightseeing and learning.
We were in a group of about 20 people, led by a fantastic guide (David) who was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout. You could really tell they were passionate about Formula One, which made the experience even more engaging.
One of the best parts was getting to walk along sections of the actual F1 track — such a surreal experience! Along the way, we also got to see a large part of Monaco, so it felt like a great way to combine a guided tour with exploring the area.
If you’re visiting Monaco and want an informative, and efficient way to see the highlights while learning about the history of F1 and the famous Monaco Grand Prix, I’d highly recommend this tour. Tip: wear comfortable trainers you will need it!
