Ossama was our tour guide and provided the best experience for us! From the very beginning, he made us feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. The camel ride was such a great experience, and the ATV ride was incredibly fun and well organized. Ossama was knowledgeable, patient, and always made sure everyone in our group was enjoying themselves. He took the time to explain everything, helped us take great photos, and shared interesting insights about the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Do not book this it’s a waste of money and falsely advertised! You don’t get 20 mins on the camels neither do you get 40 mins on the quads! The quads all you do is go up and down the road and on the camels you walk down a hill and back up again it’s also ran by kids when you arrive! It also says you get water included so we didn’t take any for this reason and when we got there after being on the camels in the blistering heat I asked for some water for us and my children we drank the water and after we drank it he then asked for the money for the water and said water wasn’t included untill hours into the trip at the end with dinner, being out in the heat with children and not having water is appalling this isn’t listed in the trip description it says water is included! when renting the head scarfs he told us a lower price before he wrapped us all then when we were all wrapped he said it was loads more so we had no choice but to pay it. We were that appalled with the trip we had to pay for a taxi back after the quads and camels because by that point my children weren’t happy and we all didn’t want to carry on the trip to the dinner with being so disappointed already. All in all we’ve paid more than what we should of ever paid for not getting what the trip description listed not worth it at all.

Great experience. Well organised prior to pickup and good communication, came to pick us up on time and take us to the desert. Provided with tea and argan oil experience which was interesting albeit very hot. Quad biking lasted 45 minutes with varying trail and great view of desert, and camel ride was excellent both with fantastic guides, really interactive and friendly. Also guide kindly took brilliant pictures of us during the camel ride and when viewing sunset. Food was good and fire show was great also! Only thing to improve on is if having guests coming during hot summer season for air conditioning to be working in the van. Very hot and uncomfortable during an hour journey. Otherwise all round great experience 👍🏻

After multiple attempts to contact Adghal Tours as we were not picked up by the arranged time, they were totally non-responsive. We hold the tour company at fault since we have used Viator before with no issues. Most unprofessional and disappointing.

Well - where to start … communication was excellent from start to finish, updates on meeting point / times etc. Met at a convenient location. Friendly driver /guide - Hamza made it a fun trip from the get go. We had a great time - great mix of people on the bus, all ages and nationalities. Great fun especially the Quad biking and camel riding, to end the evening with a traditional dinner and a fantastic fire show ! This trip is Not To Be missed and Hamza hopefully your guide. A great excursion and a memory that will last forever.

We really enjoyed the Agafay Desert tour!
We had a short stay in Marrakech and we don’t regret booking it at all, because they took us to experience some of the best activities. We visited an area where they show you how argan oil is made, rode the camels, rode quad bikes with an excellent sunset view, and the camp has an incredible swimming pool right in the middle of the desert (I would just recommend more time in that area; it has an extra cost but it’s absolutely worth it for the views).
The time slot we chose (4:30) was perfect. They picked us up and dropped us off as close as possible to our riad. Our tour guide Hamza was very kind and extremely helpful at all times.

A very well-organized experience and definitely worth it! Everything was planned smoothly from start to finish, making it easy and enjoyable to take part. The staff (especially Hamza and Ayoub) was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout. I would highly recommend adding this activity to your itinerary when visiting Marrakech, as it offers a memorable and worthwhile experience.

I booked this interesting evening for my family while we were in Morocco. I received no contact from the operator. I was left all day, wondering if they were gonna show up and it was too late to book something else when they finally did not show up.
I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with them and they are ignoring my messages.

The desert tour is probably one of the highlights of our holiday. Zaki made the entire experience very pleasant, nothing is too much trouble. He made sure we are enjoying our time. Well organised, the food is good too. The camel ride was amazing, the quad bike very thrilling. Overall a great experience.

Abdullah our guide was incredible but watch out for the ATV guys, they tried to hustle us for “taking too many vehicles” for a group of three. Tried charging us 600 MAD… otherwise and incredible experience

What an evening out. Started with quad biking followed by a nice camel ride and to top the evening off with a nice dinner watching the sunset. The grand finally off the fire show.
Our tour guide Abdul Wahit was very compassionate and helpful. He looked after us all the way and ensured the whole group got the best seats for the sunset dinner by moving tables around for us.

First of all, the coordination was very bad, we lost our whole morning trying to get confirmation or to get in touch with Hakim, imposible to reach him and after than there were various changes of meeting point.
Secondly, the abuse of camels was outrageous. We live in 21sr century and the animals were strongly chained, obviosly in pain and the poor animals were
without shelter. Absolutelly inaceptable. I hope that in future they will create a sanctuary for camels, feeding activities etc.

The transport took us at our location, the air conditionning was functionnal.
First stop to a specific point with some oil, the tea was great.
We have done 35min quad and 15min with dromedary.
After the dîner was ok, big part, but need some "épices" on it ^^
After the fire show was great.

Hakim was our tour guide. He was informative and made the tour go smoothly. Both our kids loved everything about the tour, especially the quad bike ride and the fire show! Both my husband and I, thought it was very good value for money for the four of us! Would definitely recommend this tour operator and Hakim.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, Romeero and his team were brilliant. Pick up was great and easy, we stopped half way to experience some traditional bread and dips. Camel ride was good fun and dont worry the guide will take your photo. Likewise with the Quad bike ride, beautiful views. The food and night show was fab. This is Great day and night. Absolutely amazing time. Our tour guide Jjawad was friendly and helpful at all times. Views are amazing and the camels are calm and friendly. The quad bikes are great fun. Jjawad was very helpful at the dinner helping to bring the food out, checking on us and explaining the situation when it rained. Luckily he pulled out all the stops and the fire show went ahead. Absolutely perfect time!
