Smooth pickup from Hanoi Airport and easy drive to Ha Long Bay hotel

Excellent communication before the trip via WhatsApp. The immigration line was very long but the driver patiently waited. He was an excellent driver and the drive was comfortable and fast (it helped that it was late at night and not much traffic).
