Fabulous day out in DaNang

We had an amazing...

We had an amazing afternoon with Hai creating memories that will last a lifetime. He picked us up promptly and took us to a local food market, where he explained the various fruits and vegetables on display. This was followed by a fun ride on the basket boats in the Coconut Forest where we had a ride up the river, got to cast a fishing net with a local fisherman and caught crabs. Next, it was time to learn how to cook Vietnamese food. Hai was very thorough in his explanations and, with his support, we prepared four delicious meals. Everything ran like clockwork and we had a very enjoyable time learning about Vietnamese food and how local families live. Thanks Hai for a day to remember!

Great experience

This was a very memorable tour with activities that we had never experienced before. Our tour guide was TinTin and she did a great job. I highly recommend this tour. However, since the “ride” was just hired by the company, our driver who was supposed to drop us off at our hotel took us to another street and told us to just walk to the hotel which was a little bit unexpected. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this tour.

Great lantern experience in Hoi An

We were collected from our hotel and brought to the lantern making venue. We were given clear instructions and help when needed and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Great choice of fabrics. We then made paper lanterns for the river and we were brought to the boat and had a lovely experience setting off our lanterns. The hosts were very helpful and friendly people. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful - wouldn’t miss it for the world

BaNa Hills ✔️ Our bucket list is getting smaller. 🤪We climbed to about 4,600+ feet above sea level—floating over jungle, waterfalls, and clouds. Absolutely stunning. Endless flowers, over-the-top scenery, and then… commercialization on steroids. It’s like stepping into a surreal mix of nature and theme park chaos. it’s Vietnam’s own Disney Land. Flower gardens, beer gardens, roller coaster rides and on and on. We stopped at a mango shake shop with a catchy song playing Mango, Mango Mangoholic over and over. The subliminal message was effective. We drank our shake and sung along 🤪😁😜 Beautiful? Yes. A little wild and over the top? Also yes. Definitely unforgettable.

Just be mindful of scheduling any excursions during Chinese New Year (or Tết in Vietnam), as many restaurants and businesses may be closed for the holiday. This was our experience, with nearly half the restaurants shut down during our visit. That said, our Hoi An Street Food Tour with Billy was fantastic and truly memorable. We sampled six local favorites and were grateful for the walking breaks between stops. From banh can and pho cao lau to banh mi, chicken skewers, mi quang, and tau pho, every item we tried was delicious. Our guide, Tam, also provided an excellent historical overview, sharing insights about the Japanese Bridge, Tan Ky (National Heritage House), and the Chinese Assembly Hall, along with many other interesting tidbits. Food and history combined into a three-hour experience that was absolutely time and money well spent.

Enjoy the culture and traditions of the beautiful Hoi An

The show itself was beautiful, giving glimpse of the journey of a town from the very beginning and it's ups and downs. It's done very artistically and whoever imagined it has great creativity👏. They even sprayed water and used it as a screen at one point 😲 They even had several mini shows before the actual show, though running between these to find a good spot was a hassle, we enjoyed them as well very much. Do stay as back as possible as better seats are at the back and they have fire lights or shots which came without warning and felt too close as we could feel the heat from it and we were 4th row from Eco class in the middle, not even front.
