Limit of 2 luggages per passenger for porter service. The over number of luggage (size over than 56x36x23 cm) is charged at THB 100 per luggage.
The passenger who need to apply for Visa on Arrival and Report of Yellow Fever with Health Control will need to pay extra for addtional service 500Bht per person if we found that you have to apply this service and cannot collect the payment then this will be failure of the service with no refund
If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made.
Please note that our services are tailored to the number of bookings made in advance. If you arrive with a party exceeding the booked number, our services will be automatically canceled without further accommodation and no refund will be made.
The passport holder of Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia is not permitted to use this service. If you booked please note that no refund will be made

What a complete rip off! Nobody on the air bridge to meet us as we disembarked, poor comms. via mobile phone. Once we reached passport control, a guy pointed in a direction & that was it. I want a refund!

Landed at airport no staff from Viator at gateway for dast track had to find my ownway to fast track immigration paid $68 for the service nothing very disappointed and unsatafactory hoping for a refund or a credit

For a painless Transit through what can be a long and tiring process. One is received at the aero bridge exit with an identity placard ,led briskly through a fast track immigration process, luggage collection and to your designated taxi pick up sevice !!

Very impressed with the service, was meet at the plane bridge and shown complete through the express check in. And waited until my bag was on the belt, then showed me through to where I was to meet my car and waited until it arrived (car was booked through my hotel). Through out the whole process the lady was keeping up the conversation and talking me through the whole process and I’ll always use this same company when coming to Thailand in the future

Seamless process!

Never having traveled through Asia, we were a bit apprehensive about the airport procedures. We booked this service to ensure we’d be able to make our connecting flight and the service allowed us to quickly bypass the immigration & customs lines at Bkk. The guide also walked us through the domestic channel to ensure we would get on our domestic connecting flight promptly. The guide went out of her way to accommodate us and we were so grateful! Very professional service and would recommend to those navigating Asia for the first time, or those in a time crunch. Of note, we landed in BKK at 0500. When we arrived early in the morning, there were hardly any lines and people passed thru clearance in about 10 minutes. Not to say BKK doesn’t get busy, but that was not our experience.

I can not find te Meeting Point. In the Imigration not so much Pepole is easy go alone, but i think i am lucky i need only 30 Minute
