Before the start of this tour, we will pick you up at your hotel, your Airbnb, or at the cruise port. Please make sure you fill out your pick-up location. Our pick-up time is between 8:30-9:00 AM or 1:30 - 1:45pm. **CRUISE PORT PICK UP LOCATION**: The pick up zone is outside the main port gate on your right hand side in front of Ocean drive store.

Our family (including an 11 year old and 2 teenagers) had a great time with this experience. You get to see so much in such a short amount of time all in a comfortable air-conditioned bus. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable not just about the sites we visited, but also everything having to do with Aruba. We learned so much and got some great pictures of some of the top sites in Aruba.

Absolutely loved this tour !! The best tour I have taken in a while. Very informative yet informal. Took some amazing pictures climb the rock formations, and then stop at the little local bar after coming down the rock formation and was able to grab a drink. My husband loved this much more than he even thought he was going to. Highly highly highly recommend.

Be sure to bring hats an sun screen. The Arubian sun is brutal. All our stops were between 30 to 45 minutes. Enough time to take in the scenery and take pictures.

Never saw the bus, we waited in our lobby for 45 mins , we were called est 840 stating they were on their way 910 they told us they were at the divi Dutch. NOT one time did I tell them thats where we were. So at this point we waited for over and hr and would've had other upset travelers so we told them to just cancel us due to respect of the rest. I would just like a refund for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the pickup situation caused frustration and that you were ultimately unable to join the tour.
We would, however, like to clarify that our transportation team did attempt to pick you up. The difficulty occurred because the hotel information provided to us was not specific enough to identify the correct Divi property. During our communication, we were first advised that you were staying at the Divi next to Tamarijn, and later that it was the Divi next to the casino. Aruba has several Divi properties located in the same general area, and these descriptions unfortunately led our driver to the wrong location.
Our team remained in communication with you and continued trying to locate you, including calling around 8:40 AM and subsequently advising you where the driver was. This was not a situation where the transportation simply failed to arrive; our driver was actively attempting the pickup based on the location information we had received.
We completely understand your decision not to further delay the tour for the other guests, and we appreciate your consideration for them. At the same time, we hope you understand that accurate hotel information is essential for shared transportation, as our drivers are coordinating pickups from multiple resorts within a limited pickup window.
We regret that the misunderstanding prevented you from enjoying the tour and appreciate your feedback. Any applicable refund request will be handled according to the booking and cancellation policy of the platform through which the reservation was made.

Regarding the colorful houses mentioned in the tour information, we apologize that this part of the experience did not match what you expected. Depending on traffic, road conditions, timing, and operational circumstances, the route may occasionally require adjustments. However, we agree that any advertised highlights should be clearly communicated if they cannot be included.

Guide was good. Too much time spent at Aloe factory, not enough time at other locations. 10 minutes per stop made entire tour feel rushed.

What an incredible experience! The Countryside Bus Tour in Aruba was one of the highlights of our trip. Our tour guide, Dolphi, was absolutely amazing—friendly, funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained every stop in great detail, sharing the rich history and culture of Aruba in a way that kept everyone engaged.
He even made sure we stayed comfortable by providing water throughout the tour, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can truly tell he loves what he does, and his passion made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Our tour guide was not informative about the nature bridge after my wife got home and googled the information we found out that the bridge collapsed in 2005. Our tour guide was not informative about the sites we were going too. My wife I learn more googling the information.😡😡😡😡

It is truly a country side tour. We traveled many side roads with turns and bumps in route to our destination. Our tour guide was put at a disadvantage because of one person who was very late for pick up and did not comply with the times allotted at each stop.

Great tour. Saw a lot of the island, neighborhoods as well as the scheduled stops. Air conditioned bus, easy on/off. Bring cash for treats/drinks like a smoothie at some stops and to climb lighthouse. Had a great time, felt like I saw much of Aruba.

Our tour guide, Dolfci, was excellent and knowledgeable about the island. The tour was to 4-5 historic locations with guided historic facts. There was time to scope at local market and get coconut drinks! My family had a splendid time and met new friends along the way! Highly recommended.

The advertisement stated that Lunch would be provided/included. We were offered chips and water - not Lunch. Instead we stopped at a grocery store. Our tour guide was good.

Small group tour in a mini van. Driver was running late but great communication from the office. Learned about the island and culture ; more than the normal tourist sites. Particularly enjoyed the aloe factory and climbing the rock formations. Great way to get an orientation to the island if you are staying for a few days or a port tour.

Best experience around Aruba. I had time to enjoy all the stops. Including doing a little shopping at the Aloe store. Since I was alone the tour guides offer to take my pictures when I wasn't able to and other ppl that were in the bus were also very kind.
