The scenery was absolutely beautiful and our guide was knowledgeable which made the whole experience even better. The transport was really comfortable and I loved how clear all the communication was about pickup and what to bring—it made everything super easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this tour and the company to anyone visiting.

This was one of the highlight of our Kazakhstan vacation. Incredible experience- must visit Assy Plateau, mainly the overall journey. Kudos to our tour guide Batyrkhan and tour operator Kazakhstan Very Nice. Highly recommended.

Assy Plateau is a unique place, with a wonderful view on the immense grasslands without any presence of mass tourism. There were only some shepherd with yurts and grazing horses and cows. This place cannot be missed for an authentic experience of Kazakhstan.
The other places we visited, Lake Issyk and Turgen waterfall were very nice too. We especially appreciated how the guide managed the timing to let us avoid the crowds of tourists in these places.
Our guide, Zhanna, was very kind and explained us many interesting facts.
The vehicle was big and comfortable and the driver was experienced and fast.

This was a wonderful day to get out and explore a little further out from Almaty. Amina our guide, and our driver were amazing. Great organisation from the company beforehand as well. Took us to beautiful sites, and we arrived almost first at Lake Issyk so only saw a few other people. Even though it was a long day, it went really fast because it was fun, and great organisation. Definitely recommend

We had an amazing day trip to Bear Waterfall, Assy Plateau, and Issyk Lake. Every stop was breathtaking, and the itinerary was well planned with enough time to enjoy each location without feeling rushed.
A special thanks to our guide, Alibi, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and created a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
If you’re visiting Almaty, I highly recommend this tour. The landscapes are absolutely stunning, and having a guide like Alibi makes the journey unforgettable!

I liked both places but hiking and visiting museum combination seems pretty unusual for half day trip. Anyway it works pretty well when you have only half day left.

Really good value for money. Zangar took us to a waterfall in the hills with a good 20 min walk to the waterfall. Next we went to the lake in the mountains which also had a 20 min walk but there was the option to use a buggy to drive there. Finally we went to the museum where we learnt about the golden man. In total we probably drive for 2-3 hours
