We absolutely loved this tour. It was our first time in Albufeira (3 mid 40s women) and Miguel was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the area, clearly passionate about it, and showed us all around the Old and New Town and Centre, and when we asked him to, made recommendations for dinner. The food was fantastic, the farm was fun, and thoroughly recommend this. Thanks a million Miguel. Louise, Fran and Orla.

What an experience! Miguel not only took us to a fabulous, authentic (seriously) Portuguese tapas restaurant for some amazing food (between me and my wife, we tried 8 different dishes) and we saw the most beautiful view, but that was not the special part. He invited us inside his family farm. You get to see the real Portugal, not what is produced for tourists. All I can say is: Book this trip!!
This experince was i cant explain in words only o my god brillant miguel was brillant we got to meet 3 beautiful dogs one i hope is my friend for life we shared cheese and crackers met the most beautiful lady that makes the jams superb have some to bring.home miguels mother is a beautiful lady and brillant cook met a stunning.ginger cat chickens 2 gorgeous goats the tapas was fab they went out of there way to organise food for a vegetarian we had the most lovely lady serving us too this tour.made my.day please keep doing this tour miguel thank you for.today michelle and tom tipperary ireland
This is such a great tour because of the variety, generous portions, sight seeing and the grand finale of the farm.
It was fun to try authentic dishes and even more fun trying the delicious jams at the farm amongst the friendly animals.
This is a really personal experience that we enjoyed very much. Meeting local people on a local farm and then having the best tapas we have tasted.
There are some suprises along the way once you’ve had the jam and liqueur tasting sessions.

If you’re looking for an authentic tour of the algarve, look no further! Miguel was so knowledgeable about the area and was a fantastic guide. The stop at his family farm is the highlight of this tour. You get to meet all of his dogs, goats and chickens which was so special! 10/10 recommend booking with yummy yummy tours!

This was such an outstanding tour! In all of our tours of Portugal, this felt the most authentic. We had delicious tapas at a local restaurant, visited the most adorable small farm and tasted home made Portuguese jams (tomato jam was a surprise favorite). My kids are still talking about eating fresh figs off of the tree! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a truly authentic Portuguese experience!

We had a fantastic time yesterday and would absolutely recommend it. Miguel and Maria were fun and informative.
We loved getting the experience of trying local traditional tapas and farm specialties. Maria makes most of the farm tasting menu! Delicious. I also loved seeing the farm life with chickens, goats, dogs, cats, birds and fruit trees loaded with fruit. It is also nice to get a little jeep tour to Pine Cliffs, and through parts of Albufeira l

Miguels tour was exactly as described and was the highlight of our trip! Miguel was professional and friendly offering a great balance of information and friendly chat as well as giving us plenty of privacy to enjoy the views, food and drink. We loved our tour with Miguel. He took us on a wonderful tour seeing a beautiful view of the coast high up on a cliff. This tour allows you to see authentic Algarve. HE is such a genuine person sharing his family farm with us that his Dad started years ago. You experience a true Portugal
Family and home. We tasted liquor (Orange, Mint, carob) that his mother made, along with tasting of jams his Mother made all from the fruit trees on their farm. They were delicious. The farm has dogs, a cute cat, friendly miniature goats and chickens. I got a tour of the flower and vegetable garden. After Miguel took us to a nearby town where the locals live and went to 20age restaurant. We experienced authentic homemade Portuguese tapas. All very delicious! IT was nice to get away from
The touristy type things and see authentic Algarve.
It was quite fun to ride in Miguel’s jeep. A fun experience- highly recommend!

Had a wonderful afternoon with Miguel exploring the local foods and drinks in a really authentic tour.
Started with a very traditional Tapas Meal in a quaint little Portuguese town, which was delicious.
We took in some gorgeous scenery on the way to Miguel’s farm, where we sampled more local produce (& some home made liqueurs too), in the wonderful setting of his farm.
Miguel was an excellent host who was very knowledgeable about his home town.
Highly recommended.

Loved this authentic excursion! Miguel was friendly & knowledgeable about the area & took us to a quaint restaurant for delicious tapas, then off for photos of the cliffs & the grand finale was a family farm experience with chickens, many fruit trees & tastings of homemade local treats! A fun experience for all ages! Experience the life of a local by taking this excursion!

Miguel was a fantastic host! He gave us a lot of historic information about the algarve, took us to a wonderful off-the-beaten-path restaurant for an authentic lunch, and had a great surprise treat at the end. Whole-heartedly recommend!!

This was a very personal tour of Albufeira, great new tapas to try at very local, authentic Portuguese restaurant. My husband and I were very lucky to be the only two on Miguel’s tour that day. He’s very communicative and was able to accommodate us last minute. It’s Jeep ride to some amazing overlooks, a tapas stop, some great information from a young man with great pride in his country and culture. Had some delicious new foods we’ve never tried along the way. And a very personal last stop at the end which was a joy. We enjoyed this trip so much, and look forward to booking with Miguel on our next trip to Albufeira.

Miguel was very informative, friendly and an all round great guide. We went with his recommendation on the tapas and it did not disappoint. The food was lovely, we got to see some amazing views and also tried some home made jam and liqueur which was also very nice we even bought some to take home. The visit to the farm was a nice addition, we got to see the animals, meet his dogs and his cute daughter who gave us a flower. Highly recommend this tour. 😁
