What are people saying about Trieste

Great Introduction to Slovenia
Really lovely introduction to Slovenia. Our host Ernie, collected us and another couple from Trieste. The van was very new and comfortable. Ernie shared his knowledge of the areas we visited and was really personable. We had a lovely local lunch in Piran, wines and time to wander around and grab a coffee and some souvenirs. Slovenia was beautiful. The tour time was enough to give you enough of a taste to want to go back. The people we encountered with Ernie were courteous and polite, very welcoming and it was a really lovely experience. We also were able to share the experience with another couple from Brazil.

A great introduction to Trieste
Giaia provided a great introduction to the historically fascinating city of Trieste. She gave us an excellent account of the history and present day situation of Trieste through the lens her family and personal experience. A really valuable local guide. Our walking tour was quite strenuous, going into the old upper city and back down to the Jewish ghetto area and the Piazza Unite d’Italia. Be forewarned, you have to be in good physical shape to do the tour, but it’s very worthwhile.

Perfect tour of beautiful Slovenian coast
Mateja was a fantastic tour guide. We loved all of the places we went to and enjoyed this tour immensely. Mateja was very knowledgeable regarding the history of the region which was interesting. Highlight was visiting Piran. Absolutely beautiful. Wine tasting with a beautiful view was the perfect way to end the tour. We would absolutely recommend doing this tour. It was amazing

A perfect day in beautiful Slovenia!
What a perfect day in the gorgeous country of Slovenia! Crt, our personal guide, took us to Lake Bled where we visited the castle overlooking the stunning lake. He then took us to a little, charming, medieval village of Radovljica - absolutely no tourists here. Then on to the capital, Ljubljana, where we enjoyed a traditional Slovenian lunch, and then a walking tour of the historic part of this beautiful city. We especially loved the awe inspiring Church of St Nicholas. This was a truly special day spent with a warm and gracious guide!
