Hi, I'm Linda, owner of Cantina Manera Luigi and I will be happy to accompany you on this 3-stage tour: 1) Walk through the vineyards where you can follow the path that our grapes make from the vineyard to the cellar. Here you will also discover the grape harvesting technique that distinguishes us: the THREE HARVEST METHOD. 2) Visit of the winery where I will show you the winemaking techniques we use. 3) Tasting of 4 wines from our production, accompanied by a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses. We called this tasting THE WINE GAME because it will be structured as a real game that will help you refine your senses of taste and smell, but above all it will make you have fun! In a one-of-a-kind location, our new tasting room, with its large windows and its panoramic terrace, offers a suggestive view of the territory. You will be welcomed with the passion and enthusiasm that we put into our work every day, we will accompany you to discover our territory, and we will guide you in the tasting of our wines. The glasses will be paired with a platter of local products chosen among the excellences of the territory.

Enjoy a relaxed and authentic vineyard experience at Le Manzane. Begin at the Vigneto Solidale, a unique project reflecting the winery’s commitment to sustainability and the local community. Accompanied by a local host, walk through the vineyard and production area to discover the winemaking process from grape to bottle. Explore the underground cellar carved into the hillside, where wine matures naturally in ideal conditions. Continue through the modern bottling area before returning outdoors to the vineyards. The experience concludes with a reserved vineyard brunch in a relaxed picnic-style setting. Enjoy artisanal cured meats, local cheeses, honey, and seasonal fruit, paired with a tasting of three glasses of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Experience the heart of the Dolomites on this private, exclusive tour with your own local guide. From Cortina d’Ampezzo, we first ascend to the legendary Lake Misurina. The air is so pure here that it was once prescribed as a tonic for the soul. We then descend to the serene shores of Lake Landro. Unlike its neighbors, Landro’s shallow waters offer a perfect mirror for the massive Monte Cristallo mountain range. A nearby panoramic viewpoint allows you to witness the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks of Lavaredo). Continue to the emerald waters of Lake Dobbiaco, to a landscape shaped by ancient glaciers and hidden underwater springs. At Lake Braies, the "Pearl of the Alps," absorb the dramatic contrast of turquoise water, forest, and sheer rock walls. We will then head back to Cortina, having explored the best of Dolomite beauty.
