The venue is continuously working to remove barriers and make its events as accessible as possible. There’s a ramp and spaces for wheelchairs in the main hall.

Food and drinks are prohibited in the auditorium. However, there’s a bar and refreshment lounge with food and drinks available for purchase before the concert and during the interval.

There is a cloakroom available at the venue.

Although there isn’t a dress code, it’s recommended that you avoid wearing items that may make noise during the performance.

If supervised by an adult, Children 6 years and over are welcome. There are special events available for kids under 6.
