Amazing way to see dakar with an experienced guide
Pape is the best guide ever - very engaging, funny, and made sure we had everything we needed. He also has the charm and connections that allowed us to skip pretty much any line. Definitely book, especially if it’s your first time in Dakar, like it was for us.

A Glimpse of Senegal’s Wildlife and Nature
This tour was a good way to experience a different side of Senegal, combining the wildlife of Bandia Reserve with the peaceful scenery of Somone Lagoon in a single day.
At Bandia Reserve, we had the opportunity to see giraffes, rhinos, zebras, ostriches, elands and other animals roaming through the landscape. The visit to Somone Lagoon offered a nice contrast, with a relaxing boat ride through the mangroves where we could observe pelicans and other birdlife, as well as local fishing boats.
Most of the group were Spaniards, so the tour was conducted in Spanish, which I did not mind as I understand the language. The guide was multilingual and could switch easily between Spanish, English and French when needed.
Overall, it was an enjoyable way to get a quick glimpse of Senegal’s wildlife and birdlife, particularly for travellers who want to combine a safari experience and the lagoon within a limited amount of time.

Pink Lake
Our experience was aweome. Our driver was on time and engaged us in awesome conversation.
Bandia reserve was a special experience. Seeing the rhinoceros was the highlight of that part of the tour. We bought packages of Salt from the Pink Lake then headed for a tasty lunch spot. After lunch, the Quad bikes were a wonderful, fun filled final part of the tour.

Would definitely book this tour again and go on other tours with this group. This tour company did a great job.
Would rate this 10 out of five. The kindness and patience of the guide while I asked so many questions throughout the day was so greatly appreciated. Goree Island was very moving and I learned a lot about my own roots. I don't really like tourist focused restaurants so the guide quickly and kindly helped us pivot to a more local restaurant which ended up being so delicious and only a short distance away. Even though we miss the boat because I was slow and trying to buy some local instrument the guide patiently and kindly waited with me for the next boat. Even though by now is evening we still did the Dakar city tour. Not only that, I felt like I was coming down with some kind of cold from the day prior. The guide and kind driver went out of their way to take me to a pharmacy so I could stock up on some lmedications (great Pharmacy too). This tour left Lee was such a positive impression of Senegal.

Full-Day DAKAR city / GOREE Island
Wow, I had a GREAT DAY TOUR to Goree Island and around the sites of Dakar it was Very Very Special!! On the way and at Goree Island I felt like I was a local as Oumar knew everyone along the way and was so well connected to all of them. It felt like I had a close friend on the inside!!! Oumar’s knowledge was deep, he knew so much about the city and the Islands history it was like having a professor of history riding with me the whole time. Oumar is very friendly and kind to everyone he meets especially his guests. If you take this tour you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you Oumar🙏🏻🙏🏻

Fantastic Company!!!
I used them to pick me up from the airport and drop me off but again, they are a great company and totally recommend them. They are extremely professional, punctual, and very reliable. For the pick up my flight was delayed 3 times and arrived 3am but they were professional all the way. For drop off to airport they took me somewhere which I requested (of course of an added price) but were extremely professional about it.

Great Close Encounters with Wild Life
Saw almost all forms of wildlife that reside at Bandia on our nearly 2 hour drive through the reserve on a sunny warm day. There are no lions or elephants here (separate lion reserve across street), but plenty of other big game. This small group tour (6 of us) was a great alternative to the tour bus cruise excursion. Located an hour outside of Dakar, mostly via smooth highway, we got there in time to beat the crowd. Our guide Liman was friendly, helpful, and shared interesting info about the city, landmarks, and suburbs. There was good communication beforehand regarding meet up, so we easily found the driver and guide holding a tour company sign at the cruise terminal. Our tour included lunch of traditional Senegal food at a restaurant in town. Getting there was quite an adventure maneuvering through heavy traffic, street hawkers, and motorcycles going opposite directions weaving around vehicles. We had a good driver! Entire trip was 8:30am-3pm, additional time mainly due to afternoon traffic, so plan accordingly.

Exceptional Tour Guide
I traveled alone to Dakar, Senegal and wondered how I would be received. However, I was very happy to experience a warm welcome. I was treated as a Queen. My tour guide Amadou was very knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. For Goree Island my experience was equally as good with 'What'. I felt like family. I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend for anyone seeking an exceptional experience.

Absolutely fabulous: don’t miss it
This excursion is a great way to see city life in Dakar. Yes do the monuments and museums in another tour. But don’t miss this one. See how people live. See the fishing villages. The quaint restaurants. The food was fabulous. Malou is a great guy. He is knowledgeable. Great personality to hang out with for the day. I’m so glad I booked this tour and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know the culture in Senegal.
