Quilotoa Lagoon Full Day tour from Quito
Diana was our guide. She is an excellent English speaker and a great guide! She looked after all eight of us from start to finish. She did a fantastic job of keeping us informed and educating us. We visited a “highlands home”, a local arts and crafts gallery and hiked to and from the Quilotoa lagoon. She also managed our breakfast and lunch. The highlands home was very interesting, the art gallery was well stocked with unique pieces and the hike was hard but doable. That said, due to the distances involved, it’s a long day. The operator, IMHO, should describe the tour itinerary as flexible such that that the guide can direct what stops occur when. Due to scheduling inflexibility, we “missed” our good weather window and hiked in the rain. Diana knew that this would occur yet could do nothing to change it. We had a great day nonetheless!

Great value! Great tour! Awesome guide and excellent driver.
Pamela was a fantastic guide. Knowledgeable and friendly. Binny was our driver — safe, reliable, and professional. Clean vehicle and great staff. We learned so much on this tour. Saw all the major sights of Quito in less than a day. Efficient use of our time. There is absolutely no way we could have seen so much on our own. No stress and no effort — just show up and listen.

Day Trip to Cotopaxi
We booked a day trip to Cotopaxi and had the most wonderful experience, largely thanks to our guide, Jorge. From start to finish, he was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. High-altitude hiking can be intimidating, but he paced the climb to the José Rivas Refuge perfectly and offered the exact right mix of encouragement and support to help us push through and reach the summit. We felt safe, well-cared for, and motivated the entire day. If you're heading out to Cotopaxi, hope you get him as your guide—highly recommend!

A little taste of nature.
Isra/Israel was a perfect guide. He suggested various activities and you got to choose what you wanted. We had a very relaxed day which suited our needs and we got to see some wonderful bird life. Feeding the humming birds was magical. It was a delight to watch them interact with us.
Isra really wanted the best for us, to see all the possible birds we could.
He was lovely to chat with, very laid back but very knowledgable. 10/10
Thank-you Israel for making our day so special.

A friendly and beautiful tour
It was a great experience, you can tell that the guide Paulina has many years of experience and loves what she does. She is a very warm person and the attention we received from the agency's message days before was very attentive. We learned a lot of things, they offered to take photos of us, they were very patient, and Paulina went at a perfect pace to climb to the first refuge safely. We were lucky that the volcano cleared up for a while. Everything is beautiful!! 100% recommend

Loved the Mondo cloud forest tour!!
We loved this tour! We toured the Mindo cloud forest and stopped at a hummingbird sanctuary. Out guide (Andres) was very knowledgeable and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the hummingbirds, 100s of them flying around with their metallic feathers glistening in the sunlight. Such a great experience and a wonderful introduction to Ecuador’s diverse natural world!

A superb discovery of Baños!
Very beautiful experience in Baños! The day was filled with interesting facts and surprising anecdotes, with magnificent places to discover and delicious dishes to taste. A big thank you to Irene, our guide, for her kindness, her good humor, and her infectious energy. She made this excursion even more pleasant thanks to her jovial attitude and her fascinating explanations. I highly recommend this experience!

100% must do!
Jorge and Jonathan were amazing on this tour. I am so grateful I was able to get in booking this so last minute (within about 12 hours of the start time of the tour). Communication was great and they picked me up when they said they would pick me up. You can tell Jorge loves his job and wanted to ensure we all had a great time....and we did. The hike up was very challenging. I feel like I am a pretty active person and this was even challenging for me. The constant encouragement from Jorge made the difference! He was also very mindful of checking in with us regularly to make sure we were feeling ok (altitude adjustment, etc). Jonathan navigating the streets in Quito plus the drive up to the parking lot of the start of the hike was impressive. He's truly a skilled driver! I would highly recommend trying this tour. We had a great time! Restaurant for lunch was great too. Great view and food for a very low price. It's an experience and views I will never forget! It was a nice way to end the day!

My husband and I flew...
My husband and I flew into Quito for a one day layover on our way home after a Galapagos tour and decided to make the most out of the day with a day tour. I booked it a mere 13 hours prior and we were paired with Galindo as our guide. He was a very experienced tour guide, knowledgeable, and also took great pictures of us along the way. Galindo’s English was excellent, but it was still nice to be able to practice my very rusty Spanish with him without feeling embarrassed since I never really had a chance to speak much in Galapagos. Galindo catered our tour to our preferences and took us to a really cute restaurant for lunch that had good food and our table had a nice view of Independence Square. We really felt like we got a good taste of Quito by the end of the day. We were tired but it was worth it!

Great views!
Very good tour and well worth the price. We started with the 1:00 pm bus, and probably would have preferred an earlier start. We only got off at the Mercado, the Basilica, and Panecillo. We spent much more time at the Basilica than we had expected. It was awesome! Make sure you go around to the front and take the tour up the towers. Spectacular views! On the ride up to Panecillo sit on the left side of the bus and you'll get great views.

TRAVEL TO QUITO ECUADOR
Recommended 10/10, Easter trip with my partner and the place I loved.... we met several places within them the real half of the world, Mirador de Pululahua, we also went to the basilica of the National Vote and finally to holy water baths (Pailon del Diablo).
