Our Chef has been working for over ten years in haute cuisine around Italy. He immediately developed the desire to create gourmet recipes without the use of meat, fish, eggs and with only vegetable rennet cheeses. Everything is done in full respect of nature, the territory and the seasonality of the food, doing justice to the flavors and colors of the products of our land. It is a unique 100% green culinary and cultural experience that can be enjoyed alone, as a couple or even as a family.
