It literally means 'a thousand waterfalls', and we can assure you, you will not be disappointed. Residents from these two districts often call these waterfalls Grojogan Sewu, Coban Grojogan Sewu, Coban Tumpak Sewu, or Coban Sewu. The primary flow of the waterfalls is the meltwater source coming from the mountain, the Glidik River.
