Top Maastricht Spring Break in 2026

A Pub Trail is a scavenger hunt through Valkenburg, combined with short pub games in cafés that you choose yourselves. For friends, colleagues and families who want to explore the city without feeling like tourists. You walk together through the city, complete challenges, and play games in the cafés. The group stays together, and the player with the most points wins a prize. Pub Trail Valkenburg is an activity, not a traditional pub crawl. You choose the cafés yourselves: no fixed bars, no set routes. This gives you the freedom to choose the cafés you want to visit. Pub Trail Valkenburg is an active and playful experience, much more fun than a standard walking tour.

Enjoy first a short guided tour the old eastern part of the city ( including the former Ridder Brewery ), Then you visit the Bosch Brewery , an industrial heritage site—comprising the brewery, malt house, and bottling room—and discover how beer was brewed 100 years ago. Afterwards, enjoy a beer tasting with 2 special beers (also available alc. free beer, soft drinks, wine ) in one of the two cozy beer pubs, accompanied by cheese and pretzels. Minimum booking is 6 persons ( 6 -30 persons ). Price is per person. Ask for availability and possibilities, Tours in the city & industrial heritage site are undertaken at your own risk.
