I had one of the best tours of my life! I traveled solo, and the car was clean, modern, and equipped with A/C. Reem provided great historical context before we dove into each site, creating a truly well-articulated narrative. I travel a lot and and I love history. In my first time in Egypt I needed tours that would allowed me to learn as much as possible in a digestible way. This is exactly what I got in this tour. Amira gave me the depth I wanted while exploring the West side of Luxor. She was able to give me enough details about the temples and tombs to make me feel knowledgeable about ancient Egypt afterlife traditions. Amira is very experienced with more than 26 years as a guide and she is able to dispense her expertise at the right amount. The tour took about seven hours, including lunch. We covered multiple temples, the valley of the kings, the valley of the queens and the city of the artisans, with a brief stop by the Colossi. The pace was comfortable and conducive to a lot of Q&A interactions. This is a tour for people who want to go beyond the highlights and I highly recommend it.
