Airboats, Gators & a Great Time
Such a fun swamp tour! The airboat ride was a blast, and the alligators came right up to the boats for breakfast. We even saw baby gators and plenty of birds. Definitely one of the highlights of our New Orleans trip — if you’re visiting the area, put this one on your must-do list!

Fun tour
Fun experience and great funny and friendly guide. It was unexpectedly cold the day we went so there weren’t as many alligators out as expected but we still saw a good amount of small gators and the guide got us close to see them. We saw many birds and the giant cranes flew close by the boats. It was a cool way to see the bayou.

We enjoyed the...
We enjoyed the insectarium and aquarium immensely. It is worth every penny to go through at your leisure and explore. The extra experience, at no cost, of petting sting rays was amazing and such a calming experience. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable. If we were residents, this would be on our regular rotation!

Loveeeeeed this tour
This tour was one of the best tours I’ve ever done. Our tour guide, Jai, was hilarious, informative and engaging. Every stop on the tour was so interesting, we even got to see where a real coven meets and a little gift at the end. Wish we could do it again! 1000% recommend.

Go to the bayou! You won’t regret it.
Our driver Derek was great! He told us all about the city and recommended some good places to eat in NOLA on the way to the tour. Our tour boat Captain Kevin was so nice and engaging. His fun personality made all the difference in the experience we had. This bayou tour was the most fun we had on our trip to NOLA!

So Much Fun — Highly Recommend!
This was hands down one of my favorite parts of our New Orleans trip! I wasn’t really sure what to expect going into the swamp tour, but it ended up being such an amazing experience.
Our guide was fantastic — funny, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the swamp and the wildlife. We got to see alligators up close, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and learn so much along the way without it ever feeling boring or overly “touristy.”
There was just something so cool about being out on the water surrounded by the Louisiana swamp. It was peaceful, exciting, and completely different from anything we normally get to experience.
I’m so glad we booked this tour, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans. It gave us some great memories and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Best swamp tour
From the bus driver, to the gift shop, to waiting on time for the tour to start, finally getting onto the tour everything was very nice, couldn’t ask for a better boat captain, he was very knowledgeable of his gators and raccoons, and they also knew him, had a great time!

Great Experience
I had a great experience booking through Viator! The booking process was easy and straightforward, and everything was well organized from start to finish. The experience itself was enjoyable, and the communication and overall service were excellent. I would definitely use Viator again and recommend it to anyone looking for convenient ways to book tours and activities while traveling.

Awesome Experience!
There are two types of classes, demonstration and hands on. We did the hands on experience and it was phenomenal. Renee was our instructor chef and he made the class very interesting. The hands on class also includes mimosas, Bloody Marys, wine, beer and to go cups ! While not required, drinking was encouraged. We had a lot of fun, learned a lot and enjoyed a very tasty meal that we made ourselves.

Just Fun!
Travel to New Orleans a lot and are always looking for something new. Zip lining was it this time. It was just me and my husband. We had a great time and can’t wait to bring our children soon.
Staff and people in the group were so much fun.
Would highly recommend!

2hr tour
We rode an hour down the river to stop for an hour at a fascinating battle ground. The guide was funny, knowledgeable, and passionate about the history of New Orleans. The boat slowed going by the sugar mill to show the movement of raw sugar to the mill, as well as the merchant marine ship. The rain was refreshing and beautiful. All in all, a spectacular informative cruise.

A must historical tour when in NOLA
Impactful plantation monument on slavery from the perspective of the enslaved. And Edward was a fantastic guide a s driver as well! Who shared so many gems about New Orleans and the surrounding areas on the way to the Whitney and returning. Crystal was a great guide on site as well, with a few of us having upgraded my tour rather than self guided. I would do this tour again and highly recommend it..
