This full-day tour to the northern part of Cyprus takes you to three of the territory's most intriguing spots. You'll discover the ancient city of Salamis, the old town of Famagusta and the ‘ghost town' of Varosha. Your journey into the past starts all the way back in classical times at Salamis. You'll explore its ruined temples, the partially restored theatre and more. After free time for lunch, you'll visit Famagusta, whose old town is still protected by intact defensive walls built by the Venetians centuries ago. Your guide will show you sights such as the castle and the Gothic cathedral-turned-mosque. To round off the visit, there's a walking tour in the ‘ghost town' of Varosha. This once-popular beach resort lay abandoned for more than 50 years. It's a surreal experience to walk on overgrown streets of crumbling facades with rusted shutters and broken windows.

Learn to make halloumi cheese and sample all sorts of Cypriot products on this tour of the Troodos Mountains. You'll visit a local home where you'll learn how to make halloumi and anari cheese, the traditional way. You'll then sit down for a brunch of cheese and other local goodies. In the afternoon, you'll visit producers of sweets, honey, and even donkey milk and tour the village of Lefkara.

Starting from Limassol, your bus will take you to the Paralimni marina, where you will board the boat for a 4-hour cruise, along stunning coastlines. Thereafter, we will make a 30 minute stop for swimming in the turquoise waters of the Blue Lagoon. Next stop, is a 30 minute swimming stop at the Turtle Bay (if you’re lucky, you will be able to swim nearby and see the turtles. Feeling hungry, it’s time to relax and enjoy lunch onboard. Lunch Includes: Roasted chicken, potatoes, rice, penne pasta, Cyprus village salad & bread (vegetarian menu available on request). After the boat trip, we will stop to visit the Church of Profit Elias. It is a charming little Church located on top of a rock above the town of Protaras. Well worth the climb to the top where you can see spectacular views of the area and the sea.
