This animation is reserved for local adventurers! From On arrival at the Domaine participants are invited to discover the soul of our vineyards through a walking tour of about an hour. The opportunity to exchange views of the vineyard’s cultivation practices and enjoy different views from the Grand Cru Mandelberg on the Alsace plain, the Vosges and the medieval cities of Riquewihr and Zellenberg. This epic continues with a visit to our cellar. Between thunderbolts, barrels and stainless steel tanks we will have the opportunity to converse around the winemaking profession as well as the winemaking processes. Finally, the activity concludes with a unique sensitive experience: • First, a workshop on smell invites you to discover the different aromas of wine • In a second stage, a taste workshop awakens your taste buds • Finally, after the effort comfort!
