This is more than a Pilates class—it’s a seaside wellness ritual in Antibes. Set at the calm waters of Port Gallice, the experience combines mindful movement with the natural energy of the Mediterranean. What makes it unique is the flow from workout to lifestyle: a guided Pilates session, followed by a relaxed breakfast and the freedom to swim in the sea right after. It’s designed as a complete morning reset, not just a fitness class. The small-group format ensures personal attention, making it suitable for all levels while maintaining a calm and premium atmosphere.

This is a true Riviera sunset ritual in Antibes, set at the peaceful waters of Port Gallice. What makes it special is the combination of golden-hour yoga, sea views, and a local aperitif experience. As the sun sets, the atmosphere naturally shifts into calm and connection, creating a memorable end-of-day ritual. Unlike a standard yoga class, this experience blends wellness with lifestyle—movement, relaxation, and social enjoyment by the sea. The optional swim after sunset adds a refreshing and unforgettable Riviera touch.
