Operating Schedule: Our route duration is 110 minutes. -From May through September: The first tour starts at 9:00 am, the last pick-up of the day starts at 3:40 pm. The pick-up frequency is every 30-40 minutes (please note that frequency can be delayed due to events out of our control, such as construction, and or traffic).

Had such a great time on the Hop-On Hop-Off trip! Lynn, tour guide, and Dave, tour driver (I hope got their names right), were both amazing — friendly and engaging. The information Lynn shared at the different sightseeing spots was really interesting and made the tour even more enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly (though it was raining), and it was a fun and relaxing way to explore the city. Highly recommend this tour and the wonderful team behind it! 💯

Nice laid-back tour around the City of Vancouver. I enjoyed the insider’s knowledge of fun facts I wouldn’t know as a tourist. The seats were comfortable. It’s a great way to learn the City if first visiting to get your bearings. I would take this tour again.

Great way to see and explore the city. Simply get on, hear a little bit about the history and then get off to explore more. Overall great experience. A couple trolley were warmer than others. Some windows didn’t open.

Fantastic experience!!! Great way to see Vancouver and get key data points along the way for 21 stops with making mental notes of what you want to go back to 🤗. My whole family loved and the presenter and driver were great. We did the whole loop twice with going in the morning then breaking for lunch. Great way to enjoy the day. Highly recommend this adventure! Perfect if you didn’t rent a car.

I was on trolly and we came to stop 1 driver said if anyone needs to go to restroom they would have time.. I had a one o’clock checkout at my hotel extended.I came out and the trolley was gone.I just made it to my hotel at one with no extra charge.Otherwise I enjoyed the trip around the city

Mary and Grant were great as narrator and driver. Having a few more vehicles would make hop on and off easier.

Look for the yellow square signs. Download the realtime tracking of trolleys. The first trolley we were on had a knowledgeable speaker, but the mic &/or speaker(s) needed some improvement. The trolleys only go one direction, so plan accordingly. It would've been nice to have more trolleys that Wednesday in July, so that the wait time between them would be less than 20-30 minutes.

I got hurt while on the tour. Our guide and driver were so kind. They called an ambulance and waited until it arrived and I was treated. The owner came and made sure that I got a ride home. He checked with me the next. Wonderful gentlemen all

This was the best choice for not only simply getting around Vancouver (we did not have a car), but also learning fun facts about the major highlights. Each guide and driver we had was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and more than accommodating. We got the 48-hour pass, which we used many times. We would recommend this over the bus tour - personal service, live guide, less crowded. We would do this again in a heartbeat!

Great way to get around Vancouver and see the sights. You’ll be provided with a map as you board the tour bus, decide quickly which stops you want to stop at as the pick ups are around every 30 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff.

A two-hour loop of Vancouver that shows you the highlights. The yellow HOHO placards are a little hard to find, but the app helps locate them. Good narrator.

Great way to see the city. We did the 2 day ticket and we were able to see all the sights. We traveled with our two teenagers and it was a great way to learn about the area. All the guides were fantastic. Would do again.

Excellent guides. Can be difficult to find stops to catch another trolley if you don't know the area. The live tracking map is great, but hard to tell which stop is which. Also, $55 is a little pricey.

We received a route map at check in which we found to be very helpful. Also loved the live time trolley finder. Using the map and the posted signs, the stops are easy to find. It was a rainy day in Vancouver and our first time being there so we first did a whole loop to figure out the places that we wanted to spend more time at before hopping off /on.. We enjoyed the commentary from the drivers. The only reason that I didn’t give this 5 stars is that the trolley seats are very uncomfortable, especially when sitting in the back. The trolleys lack good suspension and the seats lack padding. Haha. However we really enjoyed exploring the city via trolley and being able to see the highlights of Vancouver before determining where to spend the few hours we had between disembarking from our cruise and catching a train to the airport.

This was a beyond lovely time! We hopped on at Canada place and visited Stanley park, china town, gastown, grandville island and did a whole loop back to our hotel!
Each guide was lovely and full of fun and different information so while on a difference trolley!
The trolley had semi-comfortable seats however in some seats the engine was a little to loud, however we just then switched seats!
The breeze from the windows were lovely and it was super easy to use their website to find when the next trolley was!
This was a wonderful time. I really enjoyed being in Vancouver! Their guides are super fun and super friendly!
However I will add this tour is what you make of it, if you get off and are expecting a guided walking tour you won’t have a good time! My grandfather and I enjoy our quality time and just chilling and watching the world!
We had a walk in Stanley park, food in china town, some shopping is Gas town, and a snack and walk around grandville island! For the price and ease this really filled our day and we were really happy!

long wait for bus. we made it to one stop, looked around and ate lunch, got to one more stop before the "day" was over. Staff was good. Double-decker service from a different country seemed to be operating longer. World cup and related traffic on a Saturday certainly influenced things

Not only did we see the sights of Vancouver but we heard the history of the city in the most fun and engaging way from our driver, Grant, and guide, Braydon. Their repartee kept us laughing and listening on a delightful tour of the city. So much more fun than a recorded tour on headphones. We would highly recommend!
