I didn’t actually get to experience the hot air balloon excursion due to heavy winds, but the customer service around being updated about the conditions, possible cancellations, as well as rescheduling was top-tier. I look forward to trying to reschedule with this company in the future.

Joe and his team were outstanding. Joe did great job of piloting and sharing insights into hot air ballooning. He also pointed out landmarks that we could see. He also had cupcakes and Champagne or Mimosas for us after we landed. It was one of the best things I have ever done and highly recommend Cielo Balloons in Temecula Valley.

We had an amazing morning! It was an early departure but we were up in the air before anyone else and we caught the sunrise from the best view! Joe was our pilot and he made the trip educational and fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a unique view of the wine country.

Amazing! Awesome! Excellent! I got a really great & knowledgeable pilot, Joe. Joe and his team were very nice & fun. The experience was completely amazing. Hard to explain you would have to experience it in person to have the awe in perfect views. Got an amazing view of the sunrise as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who isn't afraid to fly up to get the views. Overall experience is A+++

Fantastic experience, felt like we were floating. They even had a way for us to get into the balloon without climbing up the side. They had us sit and slide into the balloon while it was on its side, then gently tilted us upright. Similar for getting out at the end of the ride. Sunrise was beautiful, would recommend this experience for anyone.

Brian was an excellent captain. He made us feel safe and at ease from the start of our voyage to the end which included the smoothest hot air balloon landing ever witnessed and not to mention the mimosas were the icing on the cake. Brian was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas which made his commentary during the flight very informative and engaging.
