DON’T BOOK THIS TOUR! It never happened

My wife and I were so disappointed with this company. What tour? IT NEVER HAPPENED! We arrived to the location 20 mins early and there were no people or horses around. Then we waited for 20 more minutes after our scheduled and still nothing. We walked all around multiple times and to the front and back of location. Nothing. We were traveling internationally on our honeymoon and my phone didn’t have service. So upset so we had no choice but to leave. My wife was so upset and crying. She wanted to do this so badly. Thanks for ruining part of our honeymoon. Worst part, they charged us in full for something that didn’t happen. I hate companies that think they can take advantage and tell viator that they were waiting when they in fact weren’t. I hate lying companies. This tour should be taken down!!! I have never had this happen to me ever! They said that we could reschedule but we had other plans and we’re leaving the next day! Stop taking people’s money you liars!!! Do not book this tour. They don’t deserve any business from nice travelers!

Im soory sir. We all ready waiting in the beach in the front of laplancha beach restaurant from 9 am until 9:45 and we allready contact you vie email and whasapp and you did't respon and and You unswer our whatsap at 11:25 and we allready give you change if you want do it again we will go back to to the beach bring the Horse, or you want do in the day after But you not respon us.. we Hava CCTV and Whatsapp Chat or email chat that we did try contact you from 9 but you not respon. so this is Not our fault !

Fun though bit pricey activity

It’s mostly walking although if you are a competent rider, you can ride free. No helmets provided. The guides were not the most friendly but they complied with all our requests and took photos for us. Quite expensive for 1 hour though.
