I had the most amazing horseback riding experience! The property was absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views that made the ride even more special. The horses were so well-trained and gentle, which made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Isabel, our instructor, was incredible—such a beautiful spirit! She was calm, informative, and made the whole experience both fun and relaxing. Truly the best experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Anya was absolutely fantastic. She met everyone’s comfort level - meaning I let my horse graze while my daughter cantered - at the end of the ride. She was knowledgeable and funny and so kind. We loved her. The whole experience was great; it’s such a beautiful property!

It was our first time riding a horse with my son and nephew, and we had an amazing experience. We took the 2-hour tour with Champagne and our tour guide, who was wonderful. We loved the beautiful scenery and learning interesting information about the area. We would definitely book again

This was so much fun as a family. Our 2 hour leader, Phantom, was enthusiastic and gave us a lot of nature and local information along the ride. I enjoyed the fact that we were given opportunities to trot the horses and not just walk slowly along. Also, a variety of terrains made it enjoyable.

Literally no experience is needed for this excursion. The horses are well trained and the instructors give you all of the cliff notes on what to do to ride and guide your horse.
My legs were like jello and ankles were sore afterwards but so worth the experience!

Great experience from start to finish! The horses are well cared for and clearly loved, which made the whole ride even more enjoyable. The scenery is absolutely beautiful the place itself is peaceful, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. Overall, a memorable experience that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something unique and enjoyable.

The fact that it was POURING DOWN RAINING & they refuse to give a refund nor reschedule is such poor business… the woman talking otp was beyond rude firstly who would want to ride a horse in pouring rain so never again will i come here

We’re sorry that your experience was affected by the rain. However, as you may know, this is a tropical island, and rain is a normal part of daily weather.
At the time of booking, we clearly state that tours operate rain or shine. If you choose not to participate, the reservation is non-refundable. That said, we have worked to offer you a reschedule.

So this was my first time horseback riding and while it became enjoyable over time it was stressful in the beginning but thats just a given. The horse I was assigned to (cruella) although seemed irritated, and enough to try to brush me off the side by getting close to trees and other objects multiple times regardless of me directing her away strongly. Just an fyi be careful ! Tour guide was funny and helpful.

Wow.. not entirely sure where to begin. This tour was definitely once in a life time. From the educational aspects of our extremely knowledgeable tour guide Aurora (excuse me if I’m spelling wrong), to the vast and beautiful animal species of the land, this trek was everything and more. If you’re new to HBR (horseback riding), the staff/team really make you feel safe/confident, and in no time you’ll be feeling like a pro! If you love nature, deepening your OVERSTANDING of the world around you—and within, then book this HBR tour neowwww!

It was a beautiful experience, very obedient horses, great tour guides. Scenery was great, little muddy in some spots but the horses trek right through. Very good time! This was my husbands first time on a horse. Will be back!

The scenery was beautiful and the tour guide was amazing. However, the horse I was given “Malibu” was not a horse that should have been available for anyone to ride. I was told mid ride that Malibu was very skittish with puddles. I was then given a stick to used when Malibu did not adhere to my commands. On the ride when we approached a puddle, Malibu became very agitated and started stepping sideways very briskly into the trees, vines wrapped around my neck, and Malibu continued moving briskly, not listening to commands at which point I let go of the saddle, grabbed the vine and hoisted myself off of the horse to prevent from being further choked. I ended up with my entire right side, being severely bruised and choke marks on my neck I understand a waiver assigned prior to the ride, and I am fine with that however, this horse had no business being part of the ride at the very least I would expect the company to reimburse my ride

All of our horses, including Malibu, are part of our active trail string and are selected for guided group rides. That said, horseback riding is an outdoor activity involving live animals, and horses can sometimes react to natural elements on the trail such as puddles, terrain, or surrounding vegetation.
Our guides provide instructions and support throughout the ride to help riders manage their horses safely, but we understand that situations like the one you described can be distressing. We regret that this was your experience and that it impacted what should have been an enjoyable adventure.

Our guide Anna and her horse Romba were amazing guides and teacher for our horseback riding experience!!!! She gave us a short but detailed introduction on how to ride and trot with our paired horses. We went through a forest trail, saw alligators, deer, and more we would love to come again!!!!

Group of riders was too large. I was the last of 15 horses and my house never got to trot because others in front of me only went slow. Too much stopping for horses to eat grass because riders did not want to tell their horse no. Ride was actually 1.5 hours, not 2 hours.
Note: guides were super friendly and polite.

We rode horses with a smalll group. Grace was our guide and she is terrific. She is full of enthusiasm and was supportive of all the new riders in our group. She sang songs and gave us history of the local area. Grace is delightful and I can’t wait to tell all my friends about this trip and I will suggest they ask for Grace.

Excellent experience with guide Ana and her horse Mulan. Riders were placed in small groups and individually assigned horses based on weight and riding experience. My daughter is an equestrian so enjoyed having a spunkier horse. I was content having a horse who dutifully followed the horse in front. Trail included areas of standing water, a few hills, and lots of great scenery.

This excursion stated that the weight limit was 240 lbs. I'm recovering from cancer which took half of my stomach. I lost 125 lbs. in 17 months. And was checked by my doctor 3 days before this trip and my weight was 233 lbs. with a sweatshirt and jeans on. (Michigan weather) But when I stood on there scale which was placed outside the horse stall surrounded by horse poop, I asked if they had another scale so I wouldn't have to step in the mess, and of course they didn't. The scale had my weight at 246 lbs. wearing swim trunks and a T-shirt. I told them this is wrong but they denied me the ride. I called my doctor's office and they were willing to fax a health report over to there office stating my weight and how unlikely I could gain that much weight in 3 days with a 7 oz. Capacity stomach and unable to eat food with sugar. But there response was " our scales are medical scales, and because you booked through viator your not eligible for a refund". I called viator and they stated they couldn't do anything about it because that's not there responsibility. I really think that this happened because me and my wife were the only ones booked for this excursion. They had a sliding scale that the numbers were hard to make out due to them being worn off. And after reading the reviews I see I'm not the only person that they did this too. There are other options available, so you may want to consider them.

Our goal is always to provide a safe and positive experience for all our guests, and we regret that this situation caused you disappointment. The safety and well-being of our participants—and our horses—is always our top priority, which is why we strictly enforce the weight limit policy.
Regarding the scale, it is a medical-grade scale supplied by hospital equipment providers, and it is calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy. It is located at the barn, as required, since this is where the tour begins. Because our operation is fully outdoors and Puerto Rico’s tropical climate brings daily rain, mud in the area can occur naturally.
We also understand that your medical facility was willing to provide documentation; however, we are unable to accept external weight records. For safety and liability reasons, every participant must be weighed onsite, as clearly stated in the confirmation email, on our website, and in the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking. These policies also explain that if the requirements are not met at check-in, the reservation is non-refundable.

Our experience was fun!! At first I was scared lol the tour guide was really great she made me feel so comfortable and confident to ride we had Ginger Tracy and they were Awesome I’ll definitely do it again and it would be here for sure!! Everyone was really nice we had food here as well after the ride the vibes are chill and the food was delicious!!

It was awesome. They are very considerate about your riding level.
I was with a group beginners so I had to just chill. However I am sure if we asked to gallop he would have us gallop and run.
