This El Yunque waterslide adventure was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The scenery was breathtaking, the hikes were fun and exciting, and the waterslides and rope swings made the entire experience unforgettable. It was the perfect mix of adventure, nature, and family fun. Transportation was smooth, everything was well organized, and the small-group setting made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Fabian was absolutely amazing as our tour guide. He was knowledgeable, energetic, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip. What stood out the most was how great he was with my young adventurous son. Fabian encouraged him, kept him engaged, and made sure he had an unforgettable experience while still making us feel at ease as parents. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about the people on his tours. If you are looking for an authentic, exciting, and memorable experience in Puerto Rico, I highly recommend this tour and especially Fabian as your guide. We would absolutely do it again.

You learn an awful lot about the island. You do spend a lot of time in the van so you have to be prepared for that but you do spend plenty of time seeing parts of the island that you probably wouldn't see otherwise. The tour guide Angel is fantastic. He really knows his stuff and cares about making sure you get enough time at each location.

The 1/2 day El Yunque Rainforest trip was well worth it - from seeing the incredibly beautiful panoramic views from the top of the tower in the mountains, experiencing the uniqueness of the rainforest up close including the waterfall, and finally to swimming in the refreshing river. Making it extra special was our guide, Isaac, who was full of knowledge and enthusiasm regarding the rainforest and surrouding area. A portion of the nature walk is uphill on a rugged path so Viator's information suggesting you should have a moderate physical fitness level is definitely true. I'd also recommend shoes with good traction. Finally, the communication from Viator and our guide Isaac was excellent before, during, and after the tour. Definitely recommended.
