Overview
Experience the thrill of the rapids on this day-long rafting trip along the Naranjo River. After receiving safety instructions, you’ll set off in your raft (which is built to hold a maximum of six passengers) and navigate the Class 3 rapids. The course is considered steep and challenging; guides will accompany you to ensure your safety. During the journey, take in the surrounding scenery including mountain views, jungle, farmlands, and palm plantations. Lunch is also included.

Highly recommend this tour if you’re in the area!! The experience was very beginner friendly and the guides explained all the instructions clearly. They even had us practice on the water before getting to the main rapids. It was a really fun and safe experience, and the rapids gave us a real adrenaline rush! The lunch provided afterwards was great as well. Our guides were also very personable and friendly, and truly the experience memorable!

This was a super fun experience! We did it in August, which is a rainy month, but the water levels were not as high as usual in a rainy month. We experienced class III rapids. We were all excited for an adventurous trip, and our guides made it as exciting as possible with the rapids that were there. They were also great at communicating what was happening, telling us when we could/should leave things in the bus, when we would see the bus again, and giving us lots of instruction about the activity. We had kids and adults, the youngest being 10 years old, and everyone was stayed in the raft and enjoyed it. The lunch after was good, as well. They took great photos, and the cost for the photos was $40 for pictures, $60 if we wanted the videos, also. Our only regret is that it wasn’t longer.

Incredible experience. The rapids were rushing, our guide was very experienced and everything was very safe. They had a photographer taking lots of pictures. My girlfriend and I had so much fun and I would definitley do this experience again. 5 stars!!

Had a great time during the rafting, in a pretty glorious setting. It was an exciting experience, but we never felt out of our depth on in danger. As expected came back sodden, but were able to change clothes in the restaurant bathroom (where the buffet lunch was pretty good!)

The trip was amazing! Our guide blew us away with his knowledge of the river, environment and everything that we would have missed. He had tremendous skill at navigating the river and we felt safe and secure!

It was fun, but was disappointed we had an overly cautious guide who kept putting us on the floor of the boat during the rapids. However, I was probably the most experienced of the four of us in our raft, and he may have had a point. So--if you are an experienced rafter, don't have Orlando as your guide. If you've never rafted before, or only a time or two, then he's your guy! He will get you through safely and you will still have fun.

Had so much fun and the contact for the company was quick with communication. We ended up getting a message from the company that they needed to change our reservation last minute for a different river and they were able to get us square away quickly with no issues!

This was my first time doing white water rafting and I’ve been smiling and laughing the whole time. We spent about 1 hour and a half in the water and we did a lot of rapids, some harder than others. Being my first time I was a bit scared, but I felt very safe at all time! You just have to follow the guide’s instructions to a T and be ready to paddle hard. Great experience and so much fun! Can’t recommend it enough. The fact that it came with free drinks and buffet lunch included is a bonus too!

My husband and I had a fantastic time! With plenty of thrill to go around, we never felt unsafe, even when one of us got knocked off the boat. The guides are experienced, knowledgeable, and fun. They make sure you are safe and have a great time. Make sure you ask the to go “surfing”!
The one thing that I didn’t like - they had us sit inside of the boat often instead of the edges. I’m assuming it was to minimize the risk of us falling out but it also limited our ability to paddle and it was quite uncomfortable at times. Given we were a bit more experienced than the typical tourist I wish they were not as risk averse, but I totally get it. Safety first.
The river was amazing and we loved going into the rapids right after the put in spot. No need to paddle for a long time to find the thrill.
Food afterwards was amazing too. Overall an incredible experience and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try class III/IV rapids!

Nicholas was an fabulous guide. We had some exciting rapids and I lost my balance once but didn't fall far from the boat and I was pulled back inside quickly. It was an adrenaline rush for sure! Water was perfect temperature and it was a sunny day so we all were enjoying the cool water. I would do it again for sure!
