How to Find Your Driver At Your Hotel Lobby On the day of your tour or transfer, please proceed to the main hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Your driver will be waiting in the designated pickup area holding a sign with your name or reservation details. If you do not immediately see your driver, please remain in the lobby area and check your phone for any messages or calls. Our drivers are always punctual and will be easy to identify. At the Cruise Port After disembarking your ship, proceed through the cruise terminal and exit to the designated transportation pickup area. Your driver will be waiting outside the port gate holding a sign displaying your name. For security reasons, drivers are often not permitted inside the terminal building. If you experience any difficulty locating your driver, please contact us using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation, and we will assist you immediately. Important: Please ensure your phone is turned on and accessible on the day of travel so we can easily communicate with you if needed. We recommend arriving at the pickup location 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
