    The coach journey flew by and it was great to have a stop on the way. Seville was wonderful and well worth the trip. I wish I had done a bit more research before I went though, as beyond showing us where the cathedral and the Plaza de Espana were, we were given little information. However, this was a well organised trip and excellent value for money and Seville is a remarkable place.

    Bus broke down due to no air conditioning. It’s 100 degrees! And we missed our first tour in Seville. Very disappointing!

    I have been using Viator tours for years, and I loved all the other tours of my Spain vacation, but this one was horrible! For starters, finding the bus was difficult. It was dark and they did nothing to help travelers except send us pictures which were useless in the dark. We did find it on time (because I gave us a lot of extra time). Once on the bus, the guide was practically incomprehensible in Spanish and English. (I speak both.) even though we were on our own, he stopped first at Plaza de España, the only free place, and limited our time there instead of taking us first to the area with the cathedral and alcazar where tickets were likely to run out or at least you had to wait in long lines. Then he held up a white paper for us to go back making it difficult to see him. No attendance taken. No ensuring everyone was there. We would have been better off taking a bus to and from Seville.

    It was a fantastic experience that more than met our expectations. We had 5 hours in Seville and that was definitely enough to get a nice impression of this lovely city - then we can better take a longer stay in the city another time. Now we have a wonderful introduction! Our guide in the bus was Melina, she was one of the best guides we have experienced, pleasant, dampened, sweet and knowledgeable, and the driver Juan drove eminently well - so thanks for you two The very best recommendations ♥️
