A Five Star Transfer

Who knew a simple transfer from the airport could be like a mini-tour! Rick didn’t mind that our flight was delayed an hour and a half. He took it in stride and filled the trip to the hotel with terrific information and great suggestions. Definitely a five star ride.

Policy change needed or FYI

Change your policy of arriving at airport 3 hours before an international flight to US from Halifax, Canada. No one at airport at 3 a.m. except security. Airline desk opened at 4 a.m. and Customs did not open until 5 a.m. We had to stand and wait in line to go through Customs for almost an hour. Not good.

Ray_S...I don't make the Rules...All Airlines tell their Guests to Arrive at Airport Three Hours before an International Flight and Two Hours for a Domestic Flight...Google it!!...If it was an afternoon Flight I am sure things would have been different...Bottom Line AM PM Limousine got you to the Airport Safely...So we did our job...Thanks for the review

You won’t find a more personable, professional, or thoughtful car service than Paul McNeil’s in Halifax. Even though we had a late arrival and an extremely early morning departure (and a nearly impossible to reach hotel because of road construction) we were met and delivered with friendly hospitality in well-appointed and comfortable vehicles without a hitch. I can’t give this service enough stars!
