We are so glad we went on this tour. We were able to see so many great sites with ample time to spend at each one. Our tour guide Wam and driver Sam were great. Pick up and drop off at our hotel was so convenient and appreciated. I highly recommend this tour especially if you have a limited amount of time in Chiang Rai.

This is the second time we’ve done this tour with Sky. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we decided to do it again. It’s a very complete tour, and you get to see all the must-see places in Chiang Rai in just one day. Sky has a great personality, connects really well with people, explains everything clearly, and is always happy to answer questions. Bimbim, our driver, was also great and made the trip very comfortable.

Really relaxed day out - both the tour with Sky and the locations. Lots of stops but I felt the time for each stop was adequate with no hanging around. Included buffet lunch to fill up on (vegetarian available) and tea tasting. We were back in Chiang Rai around 6pm

Nice full day tour with a lot of attractions but still with enough time to explore the places visited at your own pace. John, our guide, was very knowledgeable and shared plenty of information with us throughout the day. Recommended!

Sky, our tour guide and driver came dot on time, we picked up another couple and drove to our first stop, the white temple. Spent almost an hour in this facnating masterpiece. I feel it was the best temple I have seen. The caves were next. The next was the blue temple,, the ghost museum, the art museum . The golden triangle is where the borders of Myanmar, Thailand and Cambodia meet. This used to be famous/ infamous opium smuggling route. .
Sky, our guide com driver was very informative and gave us all the details.

This tour was really more of a planned transportation to get to sights in Chiang Rai as well as villages and Golden Triangle. There was a little input from the guide about history and sights prior to arriving at each site then we were exited the van and explored on our own. My husband and I enjoyed the tour but it would have been nice to get more information about what we were seeing at each location. The lunch was good though the facility was outdoor and a little hot. Given the price point, though, the amount of information shared and buffet lunch was in line with amount paid. My recommendation would be to bring a guide book of your own if you want more information about the sights.

This tour was a perfect way to dip your toe into Chiang Rai & surrounding area’s. Our guide, Skye and driver Arnold did a fantastic job keeping everyone on track, safe, comfortable and well informed prior to each stop. Skye was fluent in English and kept us all laughing with her great sense of humor. Her information was much appreciated as you really got so much more out of each experience with the knowledge she shared. The vehicle was clean & well maintained with bottled water stocked when needed. You get to see a wide range of people, history, culture and attractions in the 12hr tour. We found ourselves a bit rushed at each stop but would still recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Chiang Rai area. They even offered to drop us off at the night market and clock tower at the end. 100% recommend!

We were able to visit all these places, however, our guide did not know English. It was her first day and she had no information to give us about what we were seeing, other than the name and where and when we should meet up.

There was a lot of driving but we saw a large variety of places in one day. Lunch was good. Guide was attentive but not great English skills.

Great day with lots of places seen in 1 day. Exceptional value for money, but extra approximately 530 baht in entrance fees to pay on the day. Unfortunately our guide’s English left a little bit to be desired, that made finding out about the places we visited tricky, but heard lots from other guides talking while there. That said we had a great day.

Excellent travel guide. Best I've had so far. Very good English & very knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour destinations. A very kind soul who made the tour my favourite so far.
Additionally, the tour destinations are actually very nice. These temples have intricate architecture and design. The golden triangle is fascinating, especially when accompanied by the tour guide's explanation of its historical significance with trade between the countries.

Long day, take snacks for underway. Very busy in the beginning with lots of tour groups, later more quiet. Varied program, best part in the beginning, later parts (tea plantation and border triangle) not really worth the long drive. All in all nice trip

This is a long day’s trip lasting over 10 hours with some lengthy drives in between but it does the highlights in a day which is great if you are on a whistle-stop tour. Our tour guide, Sky, was friendly and enthusiastic with acceptable English and the driver was safe and careful but quick enough. We hit the White Temple first for 45 minutes then the Blue Temple which were worth seeing. Baan Dom was interesting for the art. The Karen Hill Tribe is an interesting visit but is optional and essentially visiting a myriad of stalls with goods full of mostly Chinese origin although some of the wooden ornaments are made locally. We bought some scarves which were good quality and reasonably priced but unlikely they were made here on the small hand looms. Lunch was unexpectedly good - traditional Thai food - with plenty on offer. Thereafter the tea tasting was perhaps a visit too far and then off to the Golden Triangle to see an unremarkable bit of water, although the Opium Museum was a bit of an education. All in all the day was good value for money but remember it doesn’t include your entry fees which totalled 580Baht if you did all visits (Blue Temple and Tea Plantation are free).

A nicely paced day, with many stops, and enough time spent at each to leisurely enjoy. The temples were amazing, though seeing other things as well made the tour more enjoyable to me. The Long Neck Karen village was quite interesting, the tea plantation was beautiful though that was more of a rest stop and possibly to buy products there. The opium museum wasn't too interesting to me though the gift shop was good. The guide, Sky, and driver, Jason, were very kind and helpful and Sky explained quite a bit before we reached the various destinations as she did not accompany us into all of them. It was a great way to spend the day.

There was no tour guide at the first two points. Both white and blue temples were beautiful but no tour guide to explain what we are looking at. I have to listen from other tour group who was explaining.

If you are a solo traveller, I highly recommend this tour as an affordable way to see the many spectacular sights of Chiang Rai. It’s very good value for money. You get to visit seven different places which would have been very expensive to hire a private taxi to see. I think our guide was new; she tried her best. She was very polite and friendly. As her confidence develops, I’m sure she’ll be great. She lacked confidence answering questions and we could have done with a little more information at the sites. Definitely recommend the tour nonetheless. A great day!

We took this tour from Chiang Rai. we are very happy and satisfied with the tour . All the places we visited are beautiful and very interesting. Our guide Mai was very knowledgeable, nice and friendly. She explained all the history and details about every place very patiently. Even though we had several stops she efficiently managed the time so we had plenty of time at all attractions. And the lunch was absolutely delicious. The van was perfect for the group. Our driver was also a very nice and friendly gentleman. Overall the tour exceeded our expectations . We definitely recommend Yada to everyone.

Unfortunately our guide was more of a group escort than a guide and somewhat difficult to understand. She did not corral one couple who were constantly late. At one stop she only took us to seller stalls, not "behind the scenes" as other guides & tours were doing. Black House stop was inexplicably changed to 1 hour from 35 minutes, just to fill time it seemed. Lunch was then bumped to 2:15 pm and somewhat stale and rushed.

Loved the tour - Yada Travel made the tour comfortable and well-paced without feeling rushed. We covered so many locations in this tour including Blue and White Temples and Golden Triangle thanks to pickup from Chiang Rai itself. Highly recommended!!

Tour was all good. Just not have too much infos some tour destinations. The tour guide young lady just her 2 days in the job. Only got more info about in golden triangle the driver helped her. Overall all good.

We had a lovely time with our guides, one of whom was her first day on the job. She was hard to understand so we missed a lot of the explanation of the sites which was too bad. A lovely young lady though. Regardless we enjoyed all the different sites we visited. The day was well run and organized.
