Unfortunately, they did not email me the voucher before the tour. We were standing in front of the cathedral, checking our email and did not have tickets. Whomever the vendor is, did not email this to me. Fortunately, a Viator operator was able to quickly resolve the issue. However, I would not purchase this particular “tour” again.

I thought this was the basilica but it was a happy mistake. You go to the roof and see the city that has VR. You see the ancient part of the cathedral and the inside gardens. The area is old so the whole is experience was wonderful. You get your tickets 15 minutes before. I was in the wrong place and asked for a time change. I did not get new tickets but was let in with the former time.

Very difficult to make any contact with Viator to change booking.
Cathedral staff said voucher was not valied
but did let us in. Not the official ticket they said.
