The experience itself was ok, a little bit shorter than what I thought, but it was interesting. The communication from the tour provider needs a lot of improvement! I didn't hear anything from them until the day of the experience, but they claim they were trying to send me a message through WhatsApp. The pilot arrived late, and maybe he was having a rough day, or maybe he doesn't like his job at all, but he barely talked to me. He took me to the airplane and didn't say anything at all! I was hoping he would provide some basic instructions, describe what we were going to see, etc. Nothing at all! He opened the door on the passenger side and walked away, and then he went to the pilot side and started the engine without saying anything, really bizarre! Again, I don't know if he was having a rough day or if he's always like that, but it ruined the experience. Also, I don't know if the experience is always this short or if the pilot was in a hurry to finish it. The flight itself was ok, but I don't think I would recommend this experience. The lack of communication, the attitude of the pilot ruined what could have been a great experience.

This was a really wonderful experience. The pilot was friendly and explained everything about the flight, which was very smooth. The views were amazing.
