Amazing Time!!!
This was such as amazing experience! Ismael, Carlos, and Orlando made sure we were all comfortable, informed, and having fun! If you’re traveling with a group, make sure you are all under the same reservation to avoid getting split up. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that comes here!

A solid 11/10 tour
What a gorgeous tour with Maca and Arturo! Could not have asked for a better experience. Very fun and wholesome with the perfect company. Maca was super nice and id do every tour with her if i could, learnt lots about the mexican culture and the mayan culture as well. Unforgettable cenote tour and would highly recommend! Weather your in a couple or flying solo i promise you wont regret it. Best time!

Destination Change Handled Perfectly.
Never knew the Mayan culture and is descendants were alive and well until this trip. Leire made a wonderful transition from a cancelled Chichén Itzá to Ek Bala. She kept a rainy day from becoming a washout and really educated us on Myan architecture and practices. Lunch was perfect!

Chichen Itza Only
If you just want to see Chichen Itza and back to your hotel. This is the tour for you. Our guide Frank and our driver Jose was amazing. Picked is up 5am early in the morning and got us back in our hotel room by 230pm. Frank was very informative and Jose was a safe driver. Would recommend.

Awesome tour guide, short trip overall
Overall, an awesome trip! Carlos Moo was a wonderful tour guide - very knowledgeable, easy to understand, has clearly been doing this a long time. The bus was clean and the whole operation was pretty smooth. Ekinox Tours did a great job!
Your enjoyment will depend on what you are looking for in a tour. The whole thing felt a bit rushed (especially Tulum) but it had to, in order to fit within 7-8 hours. It’s the price you pay for a half day tour. If you want a more comprehensive tour, go for the 10-12 hour tours. They’re that long for a reason
Also, your pickup time depends on your location. We got a WhatsApp text less than 24 hours in advance with our time. Would have been nice to know that info sooner, but that’s our only real complaint. Very enjoyable overall!

Amazing Experience
This was a loooong day event, BUT totally worth it!!! Exceptional value for money. We travelled with Eduardo (Lalo on Tena bus 49), Victor and Oscar! They were a power team! Exceptional service provided and a wealth of knowledge shared. The highlight for my husband and I was the lunch! Authentic, flavourful and delicious Mayan/Mexican food…the variety was off the charts. We did not swim in the Cenote, but whilst others swam, we had a tequila tasting experience and enjoyed mangoes and a crepe kind of dessert loaded with fruits! Don’t know the name, but it was simply amazing. This experience was well worth it!
Wear comfortable shoes as the walk from the park to the Chitzen Itza is long. Also, pay attention to your booking, as there is a fee required in peso when you board. Choose an excursion with the Cenote after the Chitzen Itza visit, you will want that cool down.

Ancient ruins and refreshing cenoté swim
Although a long day of approximately 16 hours, the experience and tour guide were well worth it! Comfortable bus with water, soft drinks and beer included at each stop. Knowledgeable tour guide Alejandro that took the time to give historical answers to all our questions. Tulum and Coba were Mayan ruins in two very different locations on windy coast and inner forest. The ability to walk up the steps of Coba was a-mazing! Local linch and Mayan blessing was a lovely addition for the day. The cenoté was very relaxing and refreshing in the beauty of being totally underground and only our tour at the location. The stop in Playa del Carmen was a bit too peopley for me but was a short stop and the sorbet was yummy. Highly recommend the tour and to bring supper snacks in your day bag.

Excellent tour
Our guide Armondo was amazing.
He was knowledgeable about all the
food stops and gave us insight into Tulum-things to do, places to visit
and shop. The food was excellent, local places we would have never found.
Each place was unique,
and so tasty.

Great experience! Go for it
Great adventure and fun, really glad we did it. Negative reviews give some useful practical suggestions, but some must be down to expectations. Keep an open mind and go for it!
Raphael was a great guide and kept it moving along. Not everyone in a group responds in the same way but he was very patient.
Bear in mind this is in the middle of the forest/jungle - paths are rocky and rooty, steps to platforms can be uneven but take your time. The chain came off one ATV but they got it sorted quickly. No other issues.

Great day
We had a wonderful day, Tulum was super beautiful, Mary knew so much interesting information about it. The cenote was amazing, exactly what I was hoping for.
It was a long day but that’s just because we were leaving from Cancun. The van was comfortable and we were picked up on time.

A great introduction to a...
A great introduction to a fascinating Mayan site and the bonus of a swim in a cenote afterwards! Tulum has one of the most beautiful settings of any of the ruins that I have seen over the years. Returning 32 years after my first visit I was very pleased to find it well looked after and not at all overcrowded.
Our guide Gabriel and driver Francisco were so helpful and thoughtful, making sure everyone in the group was happy throughout the tour. Fresh jicama at the end of the Tulum visit was such a nice thing to be met with.
Gabriel knows so much about the area, its history and ecology and we enjoyed talking to him about so many things that you wouldn't discover on bigger group tours.
We were the only group at the cenote so could really enjoy a refreshing swim. The food from the little food cart was really good - we recommend the tacos al pastor!
Thank you again to Gabriel and Francisco for a fantastic day out.

Tulum/Cenotes/Playa Del Carmen
This was an amazing experience we got to see the Tulum Ruins. Make sure to bring a hat, umbrella, fan. It gets hot. We went to two Cenotes that were beautiful. We also went to Playa del Carmen. You can eat and shop. Our tour guide Carlos is the best. He is of Mayan origin and knows the culture well. He is funny and friendly. Highly recommended this experience.
