Rather than simply visiting the coast, you’ll be invited into a structured yet relaxed flow that combines grounding, reflection, and intentional connection with the Mediterranean setting. The experience blends gentle breathwork, guided journaling prompts, and a simple smoke cleansing using sage or incense to help create a calm and focused atmosphere. Each step is designed to be accessible, whether you are new to reflective practices or already familiar. What makes this unique is the balance between guidance and personal space. You’ll have time to reflect privately, while also sharing a quiet group energy that enhances the experience without pressure. We finish with a memorable moment at the water’s edge, making this not just something you do, but something you feel and remember.
