What are people saying about Japan

This was an amazing experience. Jake our driver was the best. I took this tour with my teenage son and it was a glimpse of the Japanese car culture with a taste of fast and the furious. Definitely a way to see Tokyo at night and experience the thrill of car racing.

Great tour with Kahori!
We had an amazing time on our 6-hour private tour with Kahori! She was so knowledgeable, sweet, and patient with our group. Our driver, Tamae, was safe and efficient, even showing us some extra sights along the way.
Kahori contacted us a few days in advance to plan an itinerary that fit our needs and the sights we wanted to see. We started at the Meiji Jingu Shrine, then the Imperial Palace, then the Tsukiji Fish Market, and we ended at Yanaka Ginza. Kahori had engaging and relevant historical and cultural information for each site (she even carried an iPad with really helpful visual aids). At the Tsukiji Market she helped us find which shops to go to for lunch and explained all of the different types of food (we ended up having our favorite sushi from our entire trip from her recommendation!).
She was really attentive to the needs of our group, always checking in if we needed more time and making sure we got to see everything we wanted to see.
I would absolutely recommend a tour with Kahori!

Best night out for a family. Arrive early
Better than we could have wished for. Fun for the entire family of 8, 14-56. Food was plentiful, drinks flowed freely, just the right mix of Japanese/western. Great family entertainment. Great value for money. We arrived 30 min early which was perfect as it is first come first seated.

It was a rainy day, but...
It was a rainy day, but the bus left on time, and our guide, Mitsuko, was very informative, entertaining, and helpful. If she could make the rain and clouds disappear, she would, just so everyone could see Mt Fuji. Despite not seeing Mt Fuji, the rest of the sights were great, and the drive was smooth and uneventful.

First time trip to Tokyo was amazing!
Shuhei was our guide. He was amazing and planned an awesome day filled with wonderful places to see for our first trip to Japan. He asked about what we liked and anything that we definitely wanted to see. He adjusted as needed and went at our pace. He was very attentive to my mom since she is older and moved a little slower. It was an awesome day and grateful for the knowledge and history Shuhei was able to share with us. The place he picked for lunch was great and provided a true Japanese experience.

Fun and tasty afternoon
My 20 year old daughter and I did this tour during our first trip to Tokyo and it was one of our favorite activities! We met outside of a Buddhist temple and started with a short tour there. We then went into the fish market and learned about its history, as well of some the guide's favorite stalls. We had the time to purchase snacks before moving onto the class.
Our class was led by Coco and an experience sushi chef. The chef demonstrated how to prepare fish for sushi, as well as sashimi. Plates with prepared fish and bowls of rice were set out for us and the chef walked through how to make different types of nigiri. Finally, we learned how to make a roll. We then got to eat our creations - delicious. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys sushi!

Excellent Tour!
We had such a wonderful experience on this tour. Meg was spectacular and really cared deeply about every member of the tour that day. You get to do a lot of things and see a lot of things in one day, but it is very rushed and certainly not for people who have mobility issues or need extra time since you have to move quickly at every stop to be able to meet the tight schedule demands. Overall, a fantastic tour!

We had a fantastic experience. Our guide Yuta was great. A day out of the city from the hustle and bustle seeing beautiful scenery from visiting Mt Fuji, a Japanese garden, taking a cable cart over sulpher mines and cruising the lake in Hakone. Definitely recommend this tour.

Tomomi is an excellent local guide who maneuvers around the interests of the guests and any needs that may arise. She and our driver Toshi who is an experienced driver navigated many hidden venues to capture a view of Mt. Fuji, a local sake brewery and an excellent local winery. Many thanks to them for an excellent day despite the rain.

Great Performance! Some things for foreigners to know!
This was a great production put on by the performers. They were very energetic, enthusiastic, and highly expressive. This is a speechless production so I recommend reviewing the website for a short synopsis of what story is, especially if you aren't familiar with Japanese culture. The variety of acts and dances were enjoyable however I would like to help some guests set their expectations.
The theater is intimate and you get an hour before the show to take photos, meet some of the performers, and order drinks or food. Food and drink service stop just before the performance.
The performers use ALL available space in the theater which brings the show closer to the audience. If you have sensory issues, they offer headphones, ear plus, or sunglasses (there's a laser light show that ended up being really cool).
As I'm currently writing this, dubstep seems to be popular in Japan and has made it's way into some of this show so please be prepared. It's not a lot but it caught me off guard. It is a good balance been modern music with traditional dancing and touching plays.
I highly recommend this show if you're looking for something to do in Asakusa - just know more of what your getting into. It is a GREAT show.
Also bring some cash if you want to tip the performers at the end!

We really enjoyed our tour through the fish market. Our guide was lovely and shared lots of information about Japanese food and culture.
Our sushi making class was a wonderful way to start our journey through Tokyo. We learned so much about the importance of technique, process, and traditions. It was fun and interactive for our entire family.

Unforgettable experience
Amazing experience! I was travelling solo and wanted to have a good time with like minded people and found the perfect spot. We were a diverse group of fun and incredible travellers and also some locals which made the experience unforgettable. If you don’t want to go out by yourself and you are looking for a crew to party, here is the spot, no brainer !
Thanks to the member of the team, I don’t remember the names because I was too drunk, but everyone made me have a great time! Thanks friend I will always remember this night !
