Leisurely trip
Great, leisurely-paced trip to the park. All of the stops were timed well and our guide Brodie was great.

Fresh air, beautiful scenery, and so much to learn!
Our guide was Phil and he was so lovely. We came at a very slow season in winter, so our group was just my husband and I, plus a solo traveler. Despite the small group, Phil still put a dedicated effort into our tour of the Salmon Ponds, the tall trees walk, and the waterfalls hike. Throughout the drive, he told history of Tasmania, the agriculture, the local area, etc. Our favorite though was how Phil peppered in little anecdotes of growing up in these places and fun memories he had here. It added so much life to the tour. We stopped for morning tea and a pancake, viewed the ponds, saw a platypus in the river! When we stopped in New Norfolk we had a few minutes to buy lunch for later in the day and there were many choices. The forest was beautiful. We saw a variety of fungi and some very tall trees, plus stunning waterfalls. The hikes are quite pleasant and easy, though consider boots due to mud.
I would highly recommend this tour for the beautiful nature but also the care of the company to make a pleasant day trip experience!

Beautiful Day at Mt Field
We had a great day visiting Mt Field National Park with Dave. Dave was prompt, informative, and polite. The correspondence with the company prior to the tour was good and prompt. We made stops at the Salmon Ponds for morning tea and a raspberry farm for ice cream on the way back in the afternoon. This was a nice way to break up a long ride. The park was beautiful, especially Russell Falls. We had great weather and also enjoyed the scenery during the drive.

My friend and I (21) were...
My friend and I (21) were the youngest ones on this tour, but it was so much fun! The tour starts with a delicious breakfast and morning tea and ends with beautiful trees. I discovered my new favorite animal, the pademelon!

Worth the ride
Our guide/driver Dave did a wonderful job. Even dropped us off closer to our cruise pier as we were running a bit close to sailing time. The Tall Trees were impressive and the Russell falls were an incredible delight with only a 15 min walk from bus.

Russell Falls
Russell Falls well worth visiting especially since Hobart had some rain the day before. Tour guide provided adequate information of the places we travelled through; spent time with travellers getting to know them.
