Everything as promised. Friendly staff. Beautiful beach. Clean bathrooms. Will do it again next time.

Our ship came in at an alternate port & we had to take a cab to the meeting place. However for our return our driver, Andrew was kind enough to take us to our ship at the alternate port. He was very knowledgeable & answered our questions. I would recommend this tour!!

Our driver Andrew was on time and very friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island as he pointed out places of interest on our way to the Tortuga Rum Factory and Seven Mile Beach. He also made sure we were back in time to eat at a local favorite restaurant and shop before boarding our ship.

Had scheduled a West Bay Sightseeing Tour in Grand Cayman with a pick up at North Terminal to meet our cruise ship. Unfortunately we had bad weather and the ship ended up at another dock half way across the island. Contacted Viator the morning of tour and was able to get a full refund within 2 days. Have used Viator when I was a travel agent and several times for our personal travel. Have always been pleased with the service and the tours. Great company to work with. Thank you..

In general, this tour fits its exact description. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, polite and entertaining. Our departure and return was as scheduled. A word to the wise, though; it's advisable to do a bit of research on beach accommodations well before your anticipated arrival, as chairs, umbrellas and the like sell out quickly, and some beach bar restaurants have minimum bar spends.

Umbrella and loungers extra, no waiter service for drinks or food, best to get to the beach early before chairs close to water fill up

Picked us up at the cruise terminal, did a nice tour of the famous Tortola Rum Cake Factory, then dropped us off at 7-mile beach. NOTE: No beach chairs, umbrella or food and drinks are included.
