We had an absolutely fantastic morning with NocNoc Travel and Tours visiting the Maeklong Railway Market and the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Bangkok and an experience our family will remember for a long time. Our guide, Henry, was outstanding. From the moment he collected us from our hotel, he was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His explanations were always clear and easy to understand, and he shared fascinating insights into Thai culture, history, and local life throughout the day. He made us feel relaxed and welcome from start to finish. A special mention also goes to our driver, Tony, whose thoughtful attention to detail made the journey incredibly comfortable. At every stop, he was waiting with cold bottled water and refreshing face wipes, which were especially appreciated in the Thai heat. His driving was smooth, safe, and professional throughout. The Maeklong Railway Market was an unforgettable experience, especially seeing the train pass through the market. At the floating market, Henry introduced us to some delicious authentic Thai food that we would never have discovered on our own. He guided us through all the best spots, making sure we enjoyed the experience without feeling rushed. Everything was exceptionally well organised, from the hotel pickup to the return journey. The personal service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality shown by both Henry and Tony made us feel like valued guests rather than just tourists. Do not hesitate to book the Ayutthaya and monkey tour. Surin was a wonderful guide. From pickup to drop off the tour lasted 9.5 hours. The pickup location was convenient from both BTS and MRT stations. Surin greeted me with a smile, took a picture of my ID and we were on our way. I was lucky enough to be the only person on the tour. They didn’t cancel and still gave me the full experience. Expect some serious time in the car. Roughly 4-5 hours of total commute time with Bangkok traffic. Before our first tour spot we stopped for breakfast and peanuts for the monkeys. We toured the old monkey spot which no longer has monkeys. Good photo op but didn’t go in saving some cash. We then went to Wat Kai Mee Ling. Unreal experience. We were greeted by hundreds of monkeys. They are respectful as you give them peanuts and bananas if you care to buy some there. While at the Wat, you can learn of the paradise/darkside understanding from Buddhist culture. Then it was off to the ruins. Surin was full of information, stopping for shaded breaks when needed, and always ready with a story about each location. We stopped after three areas for a 100baht lunch followed by the trek back to Bangkok. I would highly recommend this this tour to anyone. Be ready to walk and focus on information with some language gaps. But expect a wonderful time.

The tour was an all day tour—about 12.5 hours from start to finish. It was an active tour—bring bathing suits and water shoes for optimal experience at waterfalls. The Bridge Over the River Kwai stop was really moving. The elephant experience was educational, and messy. Our tour guide, Rung, was patient and pleasant. She was a fountain of information about culture and history. She was very helpful in getting food for us on the tour when we asked for some food options that were not standard. The van we traveled in was extremely comfortable and the driver was careful. We drove relatively long stretches but stopped for breaks if needed. This tour was one our best experiences in Bangkok.
