Magical Forest Tour
This was a great experience! From the moment we booked, communication was very good. We were told what to wear and what to expect on our hike. Gillian, our tour guide, texted us the day before and the morning of with updates so we knew exactly where and when to meet her. The drive to El Yunque National Forest was very comfortable. Once we arrived, Gillian told us all about the area and history of the island and forest. She knew lots about the local flora. The hike isn’t wasn’t too taxing. The trail is well maintained but it is in a rainforest so it was wet and muddy in parts. I was glad we read and followed the clothing and shoe suggestions provided by the tour company. The forest feels magical and once you get to the river, you’ll know that it is. After an hour or so of playing in the water, we hiked back to the van and were taken to a beautiful beach. We were turned loose for an hour and a half to eat and drink at any of the many food stalls and hang out at the beach. After, Gillian drove us back to our meeting place and gave us tons of great recommendations for the local area. This was fabulous day and we highly recommend the tour!

Informative and interesting overview of Puerto Rico.
This is a very fun and imformative tour of several of the major sites in Puerto Rico. Our guide Zoe kept us entertained and engaged with her extensive knowledge of the Island, and there were a number of planned stops so that the trip was not too confined to just driving (which Zoe was excellent at by the way!). Highly recommend this tour.

This is the tour to take!!! Amazing experience!!!!
The tour was so informative and interesting! I loved learning how much went into making rum and I had no idea how much went into it! It is an amazing process and our tour guide was wonderful. I highly recommend taking a tour through this peurto Rican owned rum company who truly takes so much pride in their process❤️ and of course, we had to take about $200 worth of rum back home with us!

Great way to find out about the Island
You learn an awful lot about the island. You do spend a lot of time in the van so you have to be prepared for that but you do spend plenty of time seeing parts of the island that you probably wouldn't see otherwise. The tour guide Angel is fantastic. He really knows his stuff and cares about making sure you get enough time at each location.

Gabriel was a very...
Gabriel was a very helpful guide. The waterfalls and scenery was very beautiful. The trek through the rainforest was a little hard for me, due to knee surgery. But I made it all the way to the waterslides. Thanks again Gabriel for your help. We also went to fruit market yummy fruit smoothies and empanadas.

The tour was very...
The tour was very complete and the driver was very knowledgable. We enjoyed seeing all the sites and hearing the history.
At the end of the tour, we had the option of going back to our starting point or being dropped off in the old town. We said we wanted to stay so he drove us back to his favorite restaurant for authentic Puerto Rican food. It was a good choice.

First of all, the drinks...
First of all, the drinks at the bar are top notch! Our tour guide’s name was Rogelio and he was very informative. We really enjoyed the history tour and also we enjoyed the privilege of tasting the fine rums, especially the 4 and 5 stars. We loved the certificates too! We are going to keep them in our bar area at home. This was worthwhile. Also, the property itself is beautiful.
I think it might save some money to buy this tour directly on the website of the distillery instead of through Viator because there really was no “line” to skip. But it was useful since I booked other tours on Viator so I kept track of things easier on the app.

Great way to visit Culebra!
VERY well organized at Ceiba docks. There is parking away from the docks, but a shuttle takes you to the check in point for the ferry. Once you are checked in you are taken to a covered holding area in which you can sit down. When everyone has arrived you are taken to board the ferry. There are several ferries, but the one we boarded was very comfortable. It takes a little over an hour to arrive at Culebra Island.
If you are prone to seasickness, then take a Dramamine 30 minutes prior to departure, however, it is a smooth ride on most days. Once you arrive in Culebra you can choose tours, or various modes of transportation to see the island.
This is a great way to visit Culebra! Highly recommend!

Puerto Rico Highlights tour
Alex was a wonderful tour guide. The van was comfortable and he stopped so we could take photos often. Alex told us a lot of historical facts about PR. We had a great lunch at the outside restaurant he selected with tasty freshly cooked local specialties and drinks while local music was playing. Very enjoyable tour!

A first-hand view of the whole city
Angel and Annie took us first to Old San Juan, by the forts and through the historic cobblestone streets. We saw the original Spanish structures and learned their significance. Next was the expansion phase of the city out of its original walls centered on the Capitol. I didn't think I would find the 20th century expansion of the city as interesting, but Angel told us about the recent history of specific neighborhoods focusing on gentrification and the development of tourism, ending our tour at the modern convention center district. We enjoyed discussing his growing up in the city and what it is like to live there. A wonderful, personal two hours.

Beautiful with a "cardio" kicker
There was more hiking than we originally thought. I thought our guide was joking when he talked about getting our "cardio" in during a portion of the tour. He was not ... and while we were prepared with the proper footwear (and I could use the exercise) there were some in our tour group that probably read the description as we did, and they would have picked a different experience.
Overall, the tour was great. Got to see some beautiful scenes, learn about the only rainforest in the National Park system, experience some local flavors and put our feet in the local waters.

What a day!
What a day! We left our hotel at 8:30 and got back at 9:45. We packed so much into that day. Raphael was great! We had a second driver for the Bio Bay (can't recall his name) but at the end of the night dropped my daughter and I off closer to our hotel so we didn't have to walk our 20 minutes back to hotel.
