Very disappointing, driver did not turn up. We are on a cruise and had booked an excursion to see a local tourist attraction. tried to call the company, no reply. No communication at all, apart from asking for a review! We wasted a lot of time waiting for the driver, losing time at the resort and then had to pay over inflated amount to a local taxi firm to take us to the tourist attraction.
