Avoid Vedor At All Costs 100% SCAM - We Booked For a Memorial Service, No Show - Even Viator couldn't reach them!

This is a SCAM! The vendor failed to arrive. We tried to call afterwards no one (incl. Viator) could reach them.. We booked prior to flying into Jamaica, our booking was never personally confirmed by the vendors only by the Viator platform. We called the day before the service but we couldn't reach neither could Viator. At this point it's not clear the business is still in operation. Until now they still haven't contacted us to explain their no-show - Viator may not have completed any due diligence to verify this is a real business and not a scam. Viator have only offered a refund. No complaints process - this dove service should be suspended until it's clear they're in operation.
