This entire experience was amazing. Truly 1000/10. From the amazing scent of the distillery upon entry to the warm and friendly greeting of the hosts, I knew we would be in for a great night and I was not disappointed. We learned a lot about the process of making bourbon, the types, the notes, the tastes. And the mixology component was the icing on the cake. Do not miss out on this opportunity!

This is different than the tastings you do at the big distilleries, where the bourbon is served “neat.” Here the goal is to help you determine how different food pairings and flavorings affect YOUR enjoyment of bourbon (it’s different for everyone based on your taste buds). Plus you get to create your own mixed drink!
The setting is upscale and welcoming, as was Bryson, our tasting guide. We loved it; and one of us (me) is not a bourbon drinker.

We really enjoyed ourselves and we learned a few things as well. Fun and interactive. Also, the host asked about food allergies and stated that there was an EPI-PEN there, just in case. I liked the forward thinking. A great one-time informative and relaxing experience.

It was different from all of the other distilleries we have been to. This was the first time we had a distillery offer a tasting with a food pairing and with the chance to make your own old fashion. It was a great experience, the two guys, Rob and George, who were doing the tasting were a joy to talk with and knew their product. I would highly recommend doing this. We booked on line but walk-ins are welcome.
