Aaron the tour guide was very knowledgeable! He was open and informative when answering tour and other related questions.
The historic tour stops were excellent and especially about the origins.

Thanks so much for taking the tour with us and we're so glad to see you had a great time learning about Cincinnati baseball and brewing history!

These tour operators are super nice and with some tweaks, the tour could be really fun, but it definitely needs some improvements from what we had this summer. All in all, it was a 3-hour small bus tour in a dark hot bus in July (no air conditioning), no bathroom breaks, to tour historic landmarks which are largely paved over, fields, or down-trodden buildings. I think these guys are onto something and have a great idea, however, we would recommend the following four improvements: (1) get a more comfortable bus with working air/heating; (2) consider broadening out the trivia questions to general MLB questions with Cincinnati-specific questions sprinkled in (since a lot of us will be out of towners, who just like baseball - not necessarily Cincinnati-specific fans); (3) maybe add a stop at the mid-point at a brewery, where folks can use the bathroom and grab a drink; and/or (4) add the hall of fame/baseball shop as a stop.

Thanks for taking a tour with us this summer and we appreciate the feedback. Several of the suggestions you made are things on our radar to improve for next season, so great minds think alike!

Our tour was very disappointing. Unfortunately there was a heat wave and our tour should have been cancelled for inclement weather. It was so hot outside that the tour guide didn't want us to get off at any of the stops, and the bus is built so that the seats face inward and you can't really see out of the windows to actually see the buildings that he was talking about. Then, the AC went out on the bus about halfway through and it was 100+ degrees inside of the bus. We had to get off because I have a 6 month old daughter and Ubered to meet them at the last stop. My dad stayed with the tour and said the other older children on the tour got very cranky because it was completely miserable inside. The tour guide seemed knowledgeable, but was not a great storyteller and it seemed like 2 hours of random facts strung together. We didn't visit any interesting sites or breweries except one brewery at the end. I'm not sure why this is called a brewery tour because you don't actually see or tour any breweries except that you have a free beer at the brewery at the end. We were very disappointed to have paid $70 per person to boil alive and listen to a guy ramble for two hours.

I appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience on the tour and I'm sorry to see that it was not what you expected. It was unfortunate that the ac stopped working on the tour and we have since corrected the issue. I will review the description of the tour, as we strive to accurately describe the places we will take our guests and the content shared.
